New ZealandThe kitchen could do with restocking. A couple of hundred dollars at kmart would get it up to scratch. There were 3 mugs for a unit that sleeps 4. One saucepan, very few kitchen utensils. No ovenproof dishes. But there was a spring form baking pan, for those folk that want to bake while on holidays! There was a multi cooker (slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer) no instructions and something I'd not be wanting to use without being familiar with it's operation. It's a lovely unit. Just needs a deep clean. Especially around the front of the shower doors, and the aluminum tracks of the windows and sliding doors. The lounge suite is very low and uncomfortable for older ppl. The two bar stools were very tired, the bases of them quite rusty. The washing machine needs a good clean. As did the clothes drier need a very clogged lint filter cleaned, along with the removal of the underwear left in it by previous occupiers.
Location on 7th floor was perfect. The view was beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing. Very convenient to get to good shopping. Unit was spacious, great sized covered balcony. Two nice bathrooms with lovely big soft towels. Nice kitchen.

AustraliaCar spot was super hard to get into. Had to pull into another spot just to reverse into our spot and sometimes would have to reverse from half way across the carpark when the spots near our car spot was full.. if you went nose in and the other car spot behind was full, idk how youd get out with the wall right there lol Balcony door wouldn't lock. Luckily we were on the fifth floor so chances of someone climbing up and getting in was slim but I had my kids with me so a bit concerning.
The view was amazing. Super clean place. Beds were comfy and bonus washing + dryer. Quiet neighbourhood that felt safe to walk around. There was a park and shopping centre not too far either :) check in was also super easy.

New ZealandAir con only seemed to go down to 21c on cool, we got a bit warm overnight. If the master control could be reduced that'd be great. Minor problem as it's hard to take issue with the great apartment.
Quiet, clean, easy check in and clear instructions. There was a small issue with the access fob not working but it was fixed quickly by the on site property manager. They'd had a new system installed and it was a minor teething problem so not an issue with the apartment. Great view from the balcony and great location. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. It was really nice sitting out on the balcony in the evening. Just a really nice place to stay. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer as it's so comfortable.

It served the purpose of what we were in Kawana to do which was an event a the the 114 Venue. It was a perfect place and distance for our needs.

AustraliaThe parking space we had was a bit tight, especially trying to get our kids in and out of the car - we had to reverse out of the space first before putting the kids in. Also, we weren't sure where to put our rubbish when the apartment bins got full - a large skip or communal rubbish point would have been helpful. My husband was disappointed that there was no coffee machine, despite the apartment description saying there was a "tea/coffee maker". Finally, there was a sign on the doors of the second bedroom and bathroom that said we hadn't booked those rooms and not to use them or we would be charged extra cleaning fees - we thought this was odd as we had indeed booked a two-bedroom apartment. We used the rooms anyway and there was no further charge afterwards, so assume the signs had been placed there in error - no issue in the end :)
We loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was :) Private undercover parking space and a lift upstairs were also great to have. Very spacious apartment with a lovely view of the lake behind the property, and the location was excellent - all the major tourist attractions were just a short drive away.

New ZealandA bit of maintenance needs to be done. Door lock was hard to open, loose and I felt the key may break off in it. Towel rails in bathroom loose, bathroom floors had lots of dust. No one available after hours when you check in so I had no access to the parking as they didn't leave an opener for the garage door. I did get an apology after I emailed but it was still inconvenientas I didnt want to drive anywhere as there was only 1 free visitors car park left. Lock box wasn't locked either.
