The furniture was all pretty uncomfortable, sofa, chairs and bed wasn’t the best. No toilet roll holder in the en-suite, toilet paper just on the floor. Shower in the en-suite was terrible. Poor water pressure and could barely get in and out of it as the gap in the door was SO small.

Great location, not really any ocean views but easy walk to the beach.

Not enough comfortable seating. Only 1 couch and 1 comfortable chair for 4 adults. Unit sleeps 6. Only 1 key that let you into the complex. Extra door keys didn’t have it. Bathrooms though very clean outdated.

Close to the beach, cafes. Kitchen well stocked with pantry staples and utensils.

The main bedroom received little benefit from the air con located in the living space but all rooms had ceiling fans making it comfortable enough in the heat.

This is a bright and comfortable apartment with all of the necessities for our stay. Great location, short walk down to the beach and kids play areas.

Aircon needs deep cleaning.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. No dramas checking-in and out. Space is ideal for family to stay in for a holiday. Beds are comfortable and the breeze is cool enough to not even use the fan. Kitchen’s got everything you need. Close to the beach, playgrounds, cafes, and restaurants. Fairly quiet street.

This spacious property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. it was lovely and clean, nicely furnished, with added pieces of decorative art which gave the place a homely feel. Little extras like the hand wash, shampoo & conditioner were a nice touch! This apartment was perfect in every way and we highly recommend it! Thank you for a great stay! 🙂

Apartment is in a great location, is quite large and has most things required for an enjoyable stay.

A little old and dated but suitable. We were staying for my son’s cricket comp so we were away all day and only spent very minimal time in the unit. Main bathroom had a broken shower screen, no toilet roll holder which I found odd, no bin, so I use the bin from the other bathroom. No dishwashing powder for the dishwasher. No bbq which would have been good for a few night we had bought steaks and other things to bbq but we ended up going down to the local park to use the bbq there. Also note there are stairs to access property if you have mobility issues or don’t want to carry all your stuff up and down stairs this isn’t the property for you. I found the lockbox on arrival impossible to open and had to call the reservation office and wait for a staff member to come open it for me. Turns out the keys inside were jammed inside. It was a suitable place for what we needed it for and price point was good but wouldn’t re book

The blinds in the 2nd double room didn't go all the way up. Our tall friend whacked his head on the stairs at the bottom of the stairwell.

Lock up garage. 3 separate rooms. Large living area. 2 bathrooms. Great kitchen. Nicely presented.

Great location at the pool end of Kings Beach. Quiet location, comfy beds and large living space. Great ocean breeze from the patio - we didn't need to use the air-con in January, just ran the ceiling fans. Bonus points for decent knives and cooking utensils in the kitchen.

The property was spacious, clean, had everything you need and right near the beach and restaurants. Great value pricing. Easy instructions. Will be back next term holidays.

Although not a problem for us, it may be worth noting that the only access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs.

It was a nice enough apartment, the shower door didn’t close, it was up four levels of stairs being disabled with deformed knees, it spoilt the holiday for us cause we couldn’t get out enough,
