Location perfect, access to Waterfront and city was very easy and convenient. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance both within Waterfront precinct and the city. The property was spectacular, well-equipped and comfortable.

Tiles in bathroom require grout cleaned and shower requires the glazed panel over bath that acts as a shower screen to be replaced with a glazed door or shower curtain, as I agile but fear for those not so flexible or older getting in/out shower a danger/accident waiting to happen getting in/out shower S my wife whom has health issues discovered. Bathroom window or fixed glazed panel that feeds daylight from bedroom to bathroom requires a blackout roller blind roller as when light on bathroom turned on it is very bright and awakens partner in bed, had to take lamp from bedroom to bathroom to use as light in bathroom to save wakening my wife during night/early morning as bathroom downlights very bright as stated above. The property/apartment in great location, the host was excellent regard communication and advised any issues they would resolve and to advise if had issues, apartment in my wife’s and I opinion requires minimal TLC, minimal money spent to rate more highly as sold as high end and with tiles cleaned in bathroom/black out blind bathroom/cracked sink bathroom replaced/quality bed/bedding/bbq balcony this apartment would highly recommend and would return if in Darwin but as direct result of minimal TLC on maintenance and minimal funds spent on upkeep the extra % to have apartment mirror the excellent views and location, would look elsewhere if staying in Darwin, host excellent, views excellent, location good, apartment lacked slightly for expected quality for cost/funds charged.

The view, the comfort, the ease of just going down the elevator and we were right there on the waterfront lagoon and precinct. Also the hosts check-in information and help was top notch !

The bed was super hard and the bath is really high which needs to be stepped into for the shower. Would not recommend for anyone older or with issues with climbing in to a difficult to access shower

Beautiful views Great host Lovely apartment

Bed was a bit hard for my liking.

The location was perfect with a captivating panorama out to the sea and wharf area that was bustling with activity. The apartment was within easy reach of restaurants, cafes and the city. Our host gave accurate directions on access arrangements.

In our case it would have been useful for some more practical cooking utensils to match the modern oven & cooktop. But this was a minor issue not to outweigh what was otherwise a great apartment

The location to the city and waterfront - the views were spectacular - I was sort of hoping for waterfront views but the view of the cruise ship and ocean was awesome. it was a nice romantic stay for a romantic weekend.

The locked box was easy to access but the parking was a bit difficult to find - it was down the end but the carpark was very narrow and sometimes the park spaces were not numbered, other than that it was great.

Great size apartment close to everything in town. The space was comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic location clear directions from host on arrival very clean everything we needed host checked in on us regularly would highly recommend !
