Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. AustraliaContacted host to see what staples were provided, was assured there was Tea, Coffee, Sugar, milk available. On arrival there was no tea bags to be found
Location in quiet marina, not a lot of amenities close by though, had to travel about 10 minutes by car to the shops.

SingaporeThe rooms are like heater, 3 rooms do not have air con and we are paying so much. Kitchen utensils, for example, frying pans and pots, are badly damaged and black ⚫️ in colours, forks, and spoons do not have a full set and is rusty. Later , we called the office and take pictures of all the burned frying pans and pots as well the spoons to them. They (the office)delivered new sets pots and pans for us. We paid for the cleaning fees and we are told to clean the utensils and the kitchen. This will be last staying this Geographe house and will also not reccomended any of friends and relatives.

AustraliaI thought there was a coffee machine by looking at the kitchen photos so I bought pods at the shop before arrival. I was disappointed it wasn’t there maybe update photos. Upstairs was hot the aircon machine was noisy but they did provide fans.
Great base for our family the upstairs separated room for teens/kids was great. The parents enjoyed the arcade game in the lounge area and feminised on their childhood while the kids could watch you tube upstairs Great to have Laundry facilities and right next door to the marina restaurant and bar was handy. Definitely recommend

Australiaif we were to nit pick about anything it would be the back garden space needing some love, but that is all.
Very spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we would need to make our week long stay comfortable. Our son (2yrs old) loved playing with all the kids toys. This property had a better “family friendly” environment than anywhere else we’ve stayed. There are limited breakables and the tv is mounted up high on the wall which for us was amazing, we didn’t have to micro manage our son =more time to relax. The nursery items were also appreciated, next time we won’t have to take up space in our car bringing our own. Because we had multiple beds to choose from we bed hopped until we found a mattress we loved haha We would definitely stay at the property again.
