Too many kids in the smaller pool which altogether gives off more of an adults only pool vibe .

Beautiful pools and loved the beach access . The room was clean and well stocked . My son left his shorts in the room when we had checked out , I reported this to Cairns coast holidays and they dropped them off to us which was wonderful. Would definitely book through them again

In the room... extractor fan in the bathroom not very effective - I think the inlet needs a good vacuum, as it looks stuffed with lint. Lack of a microwave, paucity of mugs and plates Lack of a walk-in shower...which would be safer for these elderly folk. I suspect the space has been sacrificed so that a spa bath can be accommodated.

We arrived at the property a little early and thought we would check the room to see if it was ready. Being a private apartment we were given the code for a key box soon arrival we knocked to be sure nobody was still in the room and let ourselves in. The room was already made up with fresh towels etc so had obviously not been made up since the last guests. Unfortunately that appears to have been a little while ago as there was quite a bit of dust and dead insects on the floor which we ended up sweeping up ourselves. There was also a nest of insects on the balcony which would have made it unusable and impossible to open the doors if housekeeping for the hotel had not helped out by providing some insect spray. Having stayed at the Sea Temple previously for our wedding, we had high hopes, however, the studio rooms are very different to the apartment rooms and was actually quite small. As we were the studio room from a dual key apartment and the other apartment was not occupied, it had all the shutters on the balcony closed so this made our balcony a little dark. Overlooking he pool area was quite pleasant except for the children who's parents seem to not be able to control their screaming and yelling so it would be a stretch to call it a serene and relaxing environment. It seemed peculiar that the room had plates and glasses etc for dining in the room but no microwave to reheat food and the only sink was the one in the bathroom. Seemed a bit weird washing our plates in the same sink where we cleaned our teeth and washed our face.

Great value for money, a Awsome location. But the beds and pillows horrible pinched a nerve in my back they felt like 30yrs old. And no shower screen was little annoying. But it was great sized apartment.

Comfortable room with all I needed for a relaxing long weekend. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading. Room is above the restaurant but it wasn't too loud and the shutters on the balcony could be closed.

When we arrived our room wasn’t cleaned from the last guest. we have to wait another 1 1/2 hour while the room was cleaned. We had flown into cairn at 8.30am all we really wanted was to get into our room. There was no contact after this from our host, no apology. We also were given two bath towels for the whole stay. if you aren’t serving a room more towel are required. We won’t use a third part again, we loved the hotel and will book directly with them next time

As apartment wasn't booked through the hotel the staff didn't really want to help you. Shame as the owners still pay large fees to the body corporate.

This is our second stay and the wifi is very poor and keeps cutting out. My wife and I reverted to mobile data for much of the stay. There were only 4 forks so with family of 4 there's a need to keep track of them.
