Great location. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are nice and clean. The pub is great. Great for a weekend away.

Location is spot on, walking distance to shops, beach, marina less than a minute.

A great room, but lacking a table and chairs to be able to sit and enjoy the view or sit and read a paper. Restaurant menu Fairly bland.

Love the location

The bed was very uncomfortable and it was very noisy most of the night. The noise carries easily down the halls. Example:woken up by someone throwing bunch of bottles in the trash

Basically all good, didn’t expect stairs which Wife had problems with, room was spacious. Hotel restaurant was very good, staff, waiters excellent

Bathroom sinks had no plugs, lacked hanging hooks for clothes

Great location, lovely views to the marina, access to food and drinks downstairs. Clean room and lovely big king bed. Close to shops and waterfront.

For a pub stay- it was great. Convenient, good price. Fairly quiet.

Lipstick kiss on the mirror- obviously had not been previously cleaned off. 2/3 roll of toilet paper only- and no spare( luckily not needed) Where on earth are you supposed to use the kettle?-and yes- I do drink tea. I resorted to a small part of the bathroom bench.

Unfortunately we were put into the wrong room on arrival so had to call reception to tell them but they quickly got us another room organised within a short time which is actually the one we paid for

Having everything so close. The weather was very bad so couldnt explore or use the attractions around which was very upsetting.

Having no microwave in the room, with a restaurant underneath it will be better just incase ur not really hungry but want to eat later. This becomes a issue only because some people want to eat before driving home

Location was fantastic

Had a meal in the restaurant was a great meal but when I wanted to change my options form salad with the meal to vegetables they charged me $10 to do this was very annoyed as other restaurants you can have the change no problem it was very disappointing will not go back to the restaurant again for that reason.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and has everything you need for the stay. Staff were lovely. Excellent value. Cheaper than a cabin in the caravan park.

Maybe an elevator if someone is disabled.

We stayed in a king access room. Very comfortable and clean. I must be used to much hotter water at home. Oh well.

The hotel itself needs to be more smoke free
