disappointed that the properties facilities, pool spa pool etc were not available to use, closed for maintanance etc, which we were not advised of, also woken up quite early with building work next door, cranes moving metal etc

The current refurbishment work being carried out in the pool area starting at 6.30am. A little disappointed we were not advised of the pool being out of commission prior to arrival.

The apartment was set up beautifully, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. A great size apartment with easy access via the lift to the 12th floor and really good underground, private and secure car parking. The large balcony with comfortable seating and outdoor table and chairs. Nice cafes / restaurants right outside the complex front entrance.

Unfortunately there is construction going on next to and behind the building and the pool was being refurbished but if you are planning to be out and about during the day it’s not a problem.

Unfortunately we were unaware that the pool was closed for renovations and there was construction going on right next door to the unit. This should be advised at booking.

The views were fantastic. Looking out over the ocean for miles. Might have spotted dolphins (we think) swimming up the coast. The location is away from the busy parts, and only a short walk to the beach.

Outstanding views. Really well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. It was great to have a few basics, such as oil, salt, pepper etc in the pantry. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Great location with restaurants nearby.

The check in and check out procedure needs to be improved. Understood it is outside the hotels liking, but it's not ideal.

Great location, walking distance to most things. The View was awesome, the place was spacious but had a cozy feel. The pool area was excellent for the afternoon sun and to stay out of the wind at this time of year in September.

There was nothing we didn't like - the apartment just needed some dishwashing liquid.

Location was ideal for us within walking distance to everything we enjoy. Loved that the apartment was a corner one providing a wonderful view. Exactly as we expected :)

On arrival we found signs in the elevator notifying us that there will be construction noise between the hours of 7am to 4.00pm and that the pool and spa area were completely closed and has been so for some time. A construction crane is at the same level as the apartment deck so every morning you open the blinds you are greeted by the crane driver and continual construction in close proximity. More surprising was the noise level inside the apartment from construction happening upstairs in the complex again with no notification prior. The constant grinding and drilling meant a holiday that was meant to be one of stress free, relaxing down time was far from what we got. The lack of transparency on the listing is very disappointing.

Overall the apartment was of a high standard and in a prime spot

Building work going on next door which started at 6.30..combined with a busy road, the noise was unpleasant, especially on the balcony. Also very windy on balcony. I feel I should’ve been advised of the construction that was right next door..the ensuite bathroom had no blind and we looked directly into the crane and driver.

Location ok. The key collection was rather bizarre. Tied to a postal box on a very busy corner, 3 crossings at lights from the front of the complex., which took us a while to find. Postal chap came to clear box as we were on our hands and knees removing lock box !
