No wifi which means the TV doesn’t work properly. Pool and spa were not available when we were there due to maintenance. Street noise at times was intrusive.

The Sebel need’s maintenance

Pillow and doona had stains on them , we knew they were clean so we didn't worry and unfortunately was really bad for me , my husband was fine , but unfortunately I struggled . I have a really bad back and you sink into the bed which hurt my neck , shoulder,back and hips . I slept a little out on the lounge on the balcony .

My husband thought it was a great little adventure . he thought it was like a treasure hunt haha , also we are very grateful that you made the time for early chick in was fantastic . We love how the apartment was well stocked with everything you need . The view was amazing , loved getting up and watch the sunrise , we spent nearly the whole time on the balcony and so great full for the BBQ that was a high light when i arrived . We will defiantly be back , just need to work out how to sleep there .

The only thing I think it was missing (but nothing that would affect your stay) was an exhausting fan in the suite.

In need of a little bit of TLC. Sofa has a bit of staining, balcony furniture was falling apart and attention to details when cleaning.

The apartment has great seating but for no more then 4 It provides 4 beds /sofa bed possible six adults but only 4 seats. The TV did have apps for streaming great- but no wifi,- it would not connect at all. We stayed four nights but only 1 towel for each person provided including for the pool/spa , which says is private but is actually the Sebel building pool and no sauna but a steam room- which were very clean.We rang Sunshine for extra towels which came promptly- thanks. As travellers we need little things like salt and pepper and dish washer powder for the stay, cheap enough i would think to provide, rather the us buying bulk products. The photos of the apartment showed a long terrace with bedrooms with views for both but not this apartment we were assigned. The booking was handed over to Suncoast to an air BNB which I was not booking with .However the service from Sunshine coast was very good and polite as opposed to the reception at the Sebel.

The sad face re the key collection was the approach of the Sebel hotel who pretty much disowned it, which felt weird given the common lobby. Cathy was awesome once we contacted her - I had been driving and missed the text, and had not fully read the confirmation email.

Was a little annoying having to collect/drop off key from another property in Maroochydore especially after a long trip and desperately needing a bathroom, plus trying to find a parking spot. Would recommend disclosing this in ad.

There is major construction ocurring on 3 sides of the building, the noise was relentless and started early morning every day. We were eventually moved to another apartment due to the noise. There is no mention of the major construction surrounding the building on the booking.com website. It states swimming pool on the landing page for this apartment, the pool is under construction and very noisy construction. No WiFi, for this price this is ridiculous.

The swimming pool is closed long term for renovations and there are 2 major buildings going up right next door, so building noise all day. We were only given one key and that was inconvenient with 3 adults, as you can't go anywhere without the key and when you take that out of the power box, anybody staying behind are in the dark.

The apartment is very nice, and the view really is sensational. The location is OK, close to the beach but a little out of the main area. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances.

Needs TLC, broken light, broken towel rail, safe not working, stained bed linen, dirty marks on furniture and blinds. Elec fault with light in main bathroom, kept flickering or didn't work at all. Had a SMART tv, though couldn't watch streaming channels as internet connection was terrible, sometimes non existent. Also turned out it was on a busy road with traffic light junction right outside, which was noisy. Also construction work to both the side and rear of building starting at 7.30. Shame, as you can put up with one or 2 issues, but the list was getting longer by the day.

The furniture was filthy. The couch had never been cleaned and was badly stained. After spilling water on the bathroom floor. I wiped it down with the bath mat which turned dark brown because of the filth on the floor. The outdoor furniture was it a state of disappear. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, but no pods.
