Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaStarting to see wear and tear in the venue - bumps and scrapes on walls, doors, furniture. Water and water damage in the tunnels through the car park - felt like I shouldn't be there, although it was a way for guests to walk from one area to another. In our room, little things like a damaged soap holder in the shower and a cupboard door to the fridge that wouldn't shut made me feel that my 'treat' to spend $400 and stay at the hotel of my dreams had a slight 'bubble' burst for me :( This was my first stay ever and I would stay again, but the hotel is in need of some early TLC in places.
Lovely inviting venue, amazing view looking out over the ocean. The reception staff and concierge were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and customer focused.

AustraliaGreat location. My daughter and I have traveled from Brisbane for one night to watch a show and catch up with some friends. Originally we were given a room on the ground floor which unfortunately was not up to the standard. However after speaking to reception and the manager , who were extremely polite, understanding and helpful, we were given another room and complimentary valet parking. Customer service was excellent! Buffet breakfast was fantastic. We had a nice walk around the property and the pool area before checking out . Sad we didn’t get to stay longer, however we will be back.
