Our room had a few things taped together so couldn't access the balcony as the door was unable to be opened. And having the car parking key not working a few times was frustrating

Doona’s could be a bit bigger and warmer. There were quite a few dirty things; smudges, fingerprints, hair etc that made us aware of someone else’s existence before us. Extra towels available for pool use would be handy.

The parking situation (pass- and key-fob activated set parking bays) with only a single set of keys was challenging to manage.

Lovely apartments, well-situated in our required location. Excellent dining choices in the shopping precinct immediately outside the accommodation.

Floor towels/bath mats for the bathrooms were lacking, and would have been great. The shower cubicle does not have a 'lip' to keep water confined within the cubicle, resulting in wet floors outside the shower recess. A little remnant of cleaning detergent on the floors made it a teeny bit slippery coming out of the shower with wet feet, something that a floor towel might have helped with. There were plenty of hand towels, but we didn't feel quite right repurposing them for the floor.

Friendly owner, was prompt and communicative pre and post stay. Neat and tidy apartment, compact, but fitted out well with everything needed including some cooking oil, salt, pepper and sugar which was nice if you feel up to cooking. Great location within walking distance to plenty of eateries, supermarkets and amenities. Lovely landscaped sky garden befitting it's name.

Car parking signage and which elevator to use as we were in wrong building because of NO signage in underground carpark. Also the white car pass did not work every time we went to use it and had to call to be let out or in to carpark

Unfortunately the cleaning contractor was not thorough enough. Rubbish and “items” under the bed mattress. But the owner assured us that the cleaning contractor would be advised snd improve their work. With the contact that I had with the owner I am sure that it will be corrected.

For 5 people the room we had was on the smaller side. Seating at the dining table was for 4, and there was only one small couch For a property described as “luxury” there could be a little more attention to detail

The property was in a good location for restaurants and shopping The pool facilities were large including steam room and showers. Secure underground parking was good.

Nothing major here - no dish racks to put dishes onced washed. Relatively minimal accessories but if you like the minimalistic living then it's not a problem ! No mirrors in the room or any tables in rooms just for reference.

Small and comfortable apartment, nice view of the dandenong ranges. Very close to Glenwaverly train station and close to so many eateries and right next to the big shopping center The Glen. Very safe apartments and relatively clean . Some of the furniture looked a bit used but still was clean.

Very modern, clean and well-kept apartment. Comfortable beds, rooms with air-conditioning. Washer and dryer and full kitchen with full-size oven included. Excellent location with a huge mall and supermarkets just downstairs. Close to train station (few minutes walk) for a trip into CBD. Host Albert is excellent and very responsive.

I hadn't stayed in a shared residential, motel complex before. No reception desk was new to me but it was all very good once we checked in. Thankyou guys.

Very clean and fully equipped for cooking and laundry. Secure parking and close to the Glen shopping centre and best restaurants. Great views from the balcony day and night.

More than one key to apartment would have been appreciated

Clean and comfortable with a good view. Kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom, enjoyed the garden area.

Some of the dishes and cutlery were not cleaned properly by previous tenant/occupant. No teaspoons or sugar supplied. Looked like it could do with a better clean all round, tv quite small for size of room/apartment and no TV in bedroom. Water pressure not that great in showers and too quite a while to get hot

Being locked in carpark with cars behind me unable to exit boomgate as pass said ticket expired. Had to closely follow another car out while husband stopped boomgate closing on car. Host was not helpful saying use white card. Press help button. Done both that 100 times not working. Limited English
