I liked the property and the welcoming details.

Clean quiet and cosy country aspect, with well appointed facilities. Catered as advertised with some little extra bonuses. Close to costal attractions and has an extensive garden area( not visited due to time limits).

Nothing, though it was nearly too quiet and dark out at night for me!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and could easily have spent longer. The hideout was very spacious and had everything we required for a very comfortable stay. We had a lovely welcome, and the owner was very knowledgeable about things to see and do. This was an excellent location for exploring the area.

Cattle smell is all around in this area. Also I think the house may feel just a little worn-out. The studio is still connected to the rest of the house with a locked door. Window is the door (but another small one is up above the kitchen area). I would add some wine glasses.

Nice and quiet place in rural area, sufficient space to enjoy a dark evening and a dinner; kitchen appears to be sufficiently equipped (I have used just a bit of what was provided; note items may be not obvious to find). I did not see anyone neither on arrival nor on departure. Overall, I do recommend this place, I would say as 8.5.

A great stay in a beautiful part of the world! Stanley, The Nut, Penguins (protected by the nicest people), lovely farmland and Sleepy Hollow Hideout! The friendliest hosts upgraded our room so that our little family could have the best possible experience. And of you are thinking of going to Stanley - definitely do, and is you are looking form more space and better hospitality - Sleepy Hollow Hideout is the place to go!

An excellent studio apartment with everything we needed. We arrived early & Deb let us put some things in the fridge & offload our luggage, which we appreciated. She also gave great advice about drives to do & things to see. The kitchen was well-equipped, bed comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The welcome note was a lovely touch.

It was a little drive from Stanley which was the compromise if you wanted to have a drink 🍻.

The place was in a quiet place which is what we wanted. The host was a lovely lady.

Suited our purpose to stay on our way to Arthur River and then again on our return. Host a most helpful lady and we really enjoyed chatting with her. The accommodation was clean and tidy and a comfortable place to stay. Good size fridge freezer and a shower that was the best we had been in. We came prepared to self cater, if you don't then you have to drive into Smithton or Stanley, or eat prior to travelling here. Suited us fine. Also had internet access which was unexpected.

A quiet location but only a short drive to Stanley and Smithton. Deb made us feel very much at home. Hopefully can return sometime.
