Well-equipped and comfortable chalets. The heating kept us cosy in winter. Great location right next to Smiths Beach and kids loved taking their bikes/ scooters for a spin around the resort. We'd have loved to use the pool but it was a bit cold for us in winter.

The shower was disappointing. The water saving shower head couldn't deliver a decent shower, and the water was just hot.

The heated pool in a sheltered courtyard was the outstanding feature of this property.

If we were being picky the mist shower is chilly in winter!

Breakfast was exceptional and very relaxed atmosphere. Staff amazing both in restaurant and reception, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant at night brilliant but loved the little shop where we could buy food and wine if we wanted to eat in .

The only thing I didn't like was the comfort of the bed and pillows.

Located on iconic Smiths Beach. Pretty part of the South West Coast of WA. The restaurant Lamonts was a pleasure to dine in. The room was spacious comfortable and clean, with a cosy fireplace. We stayed in winter.

The kitchen in the beach shack wasn't as well equipped as we expected. The pool is really brilliant but not quite as warm as advertised which makes it a bit tough right in the middle of winter. The architecture and decor is in general a bit underwhelming and lacking in character.

The beach shacks are a cosy, easy option for a family and the staff are absolutely lovely with children. Both breakfast and dinner at Lamont's are fantastic. The tennis court and heated pool are great, although there were some issues with the infants' pool during our stay. The landscaping is awesome and it's just a minute's stroll to the beach.

A great holiday with our 3 young kids. Even in the middle of winter, we played tennis every day and the kids were riding around on scooters and in the heated pool. A beautiful place to stay and the accommodation was perfect for us.

There was only one minor disappointment, and it is minor, but I think notable. Our fabulous big living area (top floor), only had one big sofa, and it faced the TV, and not the lovely view towards the ocean. We didn't travel 3 hours from Perth to sit and look at the tv. I think it would be a much more enjoyable experience to be able to sit back on a sofa/couch and take in the view rather than the TV.

Staff members were exceptional. Room unit was very good all round. Locaton exceptional.

The staff were very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom beachshack it was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable and the kids loved the bunkbeds. The kitchen was clean and well equipped.

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was perfect for a group of friends travelling. We all had our privacy, but were comfortable.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The property around the area was well maintained, villa was a good size for my family, very clean n stylishly designed and furnished. It was so close to the beach that we could just walk down and watch the sunset. There are some hiking trails which we did try n we walked all the way to the canal rocks which was really spectacular. We got a clear night sky one night and were able to see the sky lit up with millions of stars! Truly an incredible experience. Villa came equipped with a kitchen n a bbq grill which we made full used of during our stay. Definitely would come back again and recommend to friends.

The location is awesome. The beach shack we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great as was the food. We will definitely be returning again.
