Dishes were left in the draining rack in the kitchen and a couple of the small rubbish bins hadn’t been emptied when we arrived.

Henry, the owner provided great communication in the lead up to our stay. He met us at the property and explained how everything worked. The house was massive and offered everything we could need. The massage chair in the living area was an added bonus! There were five adults and three teenage boys in our group yet we never felt constricted by space. The beds were all fitted with thick, comfortable mattresses and the two bathrooms were spacious. The house is in a quiet residential street with minimal traffic and there are restaurants and take away food shops close by.

great place to base family group attending a nearby function. Nice touch the massage chair and coffee machine. Very comfy bed.

I was looking for a bed for the night and this fit the bill. Well lit and easy entry. Bed was comfy and shared bathroom was clean. Owners welcoming.

Only downside was that one guest took forever in the bathroom during our check out (over half an hour) and this delayed us leaving. There's only one bathroom and toilet, so guests need to be mindful of others.

The owners were really accommodating and the property was lovely, spacious and clean. The facilities were fantastic and it was lovely to cook a family meal in the very well apportioned and equipped kitchen for our first night in Australia. There was milk and tea and coffee available - and a lovely coffee machine too.

Easy access from the Calder highway. 5 min drive from Watergardens shopping centre. Fully use of house ,keep my lunch in fridge. Make a cuppa in the kitchen.

Service Location The hosts besd ever

From the moment I walked in the house turns into a home no BS . Ive stayed at many places and there have been some doozies but this experience was totally not expected the beds are pristine well mins was anyway the facilities all at our fingertips computer even printer the TV's are set to get various forms of entertainment like Netflix Amazon. Disney + and so on . The hosts are there only if you need them it' Henry the proprietor has to be nominated for host of the year he can make you 16 different version of coffee and me we pnbe in 11 see him frown matter of fact despite how booked they are he always gets excited for new guessts

The host couple was so nice to us, they let us check in early -- before 11am and provided us coffee as soon as we walked in. In the morning, she provided us a nice breakfast. We used their washer and dryer. The WiFi is fast! The room is very clean.

Wonderful reception, Henry & his wife were very kind. Good value for 3 nights. Nice and clean bedroom. We'll come back again next time in Melbourne for sure!

The host was amazing, he went above and beyond for us. He collected us from the airport and took us to a local shop to get SIM cards and something for dinner. Gave us lots of recommendations. He also allowed us to leave our bags at the house the morning after before we got the train to the city. He then took us to the train station!! Absolutely amazing. The house is lovely, well maintained and has everything you need.
