We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I looked at the AC and put it onto the cool mode rather than winter mode, but the air hardly came out of the airconditioning vents and in the middle of winter, I was overheated so really did not sleep well. I was also unable to call for help as the phone in my room did not work to be able to call reception which was frustrating.

Phillip, Kate and all the girls couldn't have been more lovely and welcoming 😊 Very quiet and incredibly comfortable, we had a relaxing time while staying in Sydney for a few nights. Cafés, restaurants and bakery just around the corner, special mention to Nung Len Thai! Walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Circular Quay. 5⭐️

The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby and great shopping too. The room was a good size and nicely designed with fine linens and towels. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant aiming to make guests comfortable and happy. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the evening cookie tray a plus! Fabulous property.

United StatesClimbing the stairs! The staff helped with the luggage at checkin. However, at checkout, we left very early in the morning when staff were not available. It was a struggle to have to take the stairs with and without luggage. A lift/elevator would be an excellent addition!
