Great location

The oven wasn't clean and the fan in it was broken. The TV also had lines down the screen.

A good apartment and clean

We didn't know that there were no elevators and my brother who was going to hospital the following day for surgery had to walk up four floors to get from car park to front door of apartment. There were no free to air TV.

A bit far to get some food

We had TV problems, despite being after hours staff attended but tv did not always “hold” chosen channel. Weird!!! but we did not like to trouble staff again. Also shampoo & conditioner were empty on arrival, light over table did not work. Although dishwasher provided inadequate crockery/cutlery to fill & use once per day, no teatowel provided although detergent supplied to hand wash dishes.

Location was too far away from the Showground and restaurants and we ordered taxis. However, we were warned by a taxi driver that some drivers wouldn't come because the fare was not long enough. Rooms were clean.

The location was exccellent to get into the city and southbank. Appartment was large and clean, a little dated but comfortable. For the price it was an absolute bargin!

Some noise on a saturday but seemed to quiet down at a resonable time

I liked it was an actual apartment, separate bedroom, kitchen, lounge room.

It looked little tired, could do with a spruce up for the cost.

The location was good The apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely presented Excellent laundry facilities Although we didn't see any reception staff, we were able to access the apartment and our enquiries were dealt with efficiently.

There were not adequate kitchen facilities for cooking or preparing food. No oven gloves, tea towels, kitchen roll, or other things that are essential for preparing meals. No basic condiments like salt or pepper. For this reason the apartment didn't represent such good value for money for us

Definitely the location for the purpose of our one night.

The ironing board was just a table top board. It had no padding and the cover was paper thin. They didn’t supply a small uht milk for coffee in the morning. The tv had 2 free to air channels only after we retuned it. The air con didn’t work, rang the number and told there was a separate switch behind the tv cabinet .

The distance to the work venue and proximity to the city was good from a location perspective. The Manager was helpful.

The room was nothing like what was displayed on the site. It was old and dated with clear signs of wear and tear beyond what I would consider reasonable. The bedroom had no bedside lamps and smelt musty, the carpet was stained in places. The towels smelt like wet dog after one use. The kitchen bench had burn marks on the benchtop and the laminate was coming away from the cupboard. The microwave was rusty inside. There were no tea towels, coffee mugs or tea and coffee. I had to request the coffee mugs. The lounge sagged across all three seats. The TV remote on/off button did not work and could only access ABC and Channel 7 despite numerous retuning.
