Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandIt is quite dated and could do with freshening up and a new bathroom and a good scrub. Our tv worked sometimes, bed was uncomfortable, only 1 sachet for laundry and 1 sachet for dishwasher despite being booked in for quite a few nights. You get what you pay for.
Great central location, place was huge, spacious outdoor seating and nice pool. Underground car parking is fantastic.

AustraliaThe apartment was NOT clean. There was a bar of used soap on the shower floor, and the shower glass clearly hadn't been cleaned. The toilet roll had some form of bodily fluid left on it. The mattress was old and worn out, as was the bedroom carpet. The sofabed in the lounge room was decrepit and broken, and it was impossible to sit on... So I sat on a kitchen chair instead. The glass doors were thick with fingerprints and didn't appear to have been cleaned for a long time. Extremely poor hygiene and cleanliness
The apartments are close to Roma Street Station and the parklands. There are also plenty of interesting places to eat locally. The apartment is relatively quiet and very spacious. Has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. Completely self contained.

AustraliaIt’s got great potential and a lot of positives but it’s really run down. The washer and dryer in our room didn’t work, and the floor felt like it hadn’t had a thorough clean since expo 88. Also the toilet sounded like a dodgy rocket taking off. Think epic water hammer mixed with what I imagine a dying killer orca would bellow for at least 5 minutes after every flush.

AustraliaThere is no lift, and we had to climb many stairs to get to our room. I’m 69 and my partner is 78 and we had bags to carry. I did request a ground floor room, but was told it would depend on availability. Also I would have liked more pillows (there were only 2), and the extra blanket was very thin and horribly stained. I prefer not to have the air con on all night so better bedding would have been appreciated.
It was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment in the Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to Brisbane Private Hospital and the Queen St mall. Secure off street parking was great.

AustraliaThe apartment needs a good clean. Dishwasher draws dirty and smelt like mould. We didn’t use it as it needed dishwasher rinse in it. Exhaust fan did not suck anything as it also needed a clean. Air conditioning filter clogged up with dust and would not run correctly so we cleaned the filter. Attached is the photo of filter. Disappointed as we stayed with friends whose appartment was great.
