The staff were nice. The location was good.

No hot water, wifi didn’t work, it wasn’t clean, my son found old chips on the oven (stuck under the oven) and on the floor, we booked this place for the cot and they told us there was no cot three days before hand.

I loved the location, close to the Road st Parklands with all the lizards! The reason I chose the place. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was great and the lounge room was great and roomy. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom had a funny smell, and there were packages of gardening materials all sealed, thankfully but they were our in the back balcony area.

Great central location, place was huge, spacious outdoor seating and nice pool. Underground car parking is fantastic.

It is quite dated and could do with freshening up and a new bathroom and a good scrub. Our tv worked sometimes, bed was uncomfortable, only 1 sachet for laundry and 1 sachet for dishwasher despite being booked in for quite a few nights. You get what you pay for.

Free parking, location, comfortable space

Lack of small touches, there was no pots to cook despite fully equipped kitchen, no coffee table or outdoor table ( had two chairs) the bathroom looks great but the shower screen was not well cleaned, I appreciate that it is not easy to keep it transparent, have one at home, but it makes a massive difference in overall look of the bathroom The blankets in the bedroom had stains, I expected that they were crashed, but it looked like they had permanent stains.

The apartments are close to Roma Street Station and the parklands. There are also plenty of interesting places to eat locally. The apartment is relatively quiet and very spacious. Has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. Completely self contained.

The apartment was NOT clean. There was a bar of used soap on the shower floor, and the shower glass clearly hadn't been cleaned. The toilet roll had some form of bodily fluid left on it. The mattress was old and worn out, as was the bedroom carpet. The sofabed in the lounge room was decrepit and broken, and it was impossible to sit on... So I sat on a kitchen chair instead. The glass doors were thick with fingerprints and didn't appear to have been cleaned for a long time. Extremely poor hygiene and cleanliness

It could do with an update. Broken soap holder in the shower. Some lights not working. Needs surfaces cleaned and dusted

The location itself is beautiful, with stunning views. Especially at night.

The rooms were cosy roomy and warm

Squeaky internal staircase very noisy

- bathroom shower mould - unclean shower floor with dried soap and toilet paper from previous tenants - files that live in the shower drains that sit all over the wall when you shoulder - broken couch with stains all over it - food in sink drain on arrival - mould on inside of curtains - dust build up on ceiling and air vents - broken shelf with screws sticking out - dryer wasn’t working due to over filled lint caddy - tv remote has dead batteries. No staff helped to fix this - broken coffee table (wobbly glass) - x1 bin bag, x1 dishwashing tab for 12 night stay. - no kitchen bench space to prep food - no response to any of my messages, no call back to my voicemail. - terrible terrible terrible stay.

Location was great for the places I wanted to visit. The bed was comfy, even though it was on wheels, so everytime I moved it rolled. But overall a great place to rest your head of a night time.

The shower pressure was horrible, and the kitchen was dirty when I arrived i had to wipe the benches down myself.

Clean ,most things that I needed , spacious . Overall very nice unit and very relaxing .close to pool and good parking .The spacious wardrobe , multiple shirt hangers and drawers is excellent. Very good kitchen with everything I needed when i wanted to prepare and cook fresh meals. Good size fridge ,kept food fresh and excellent freezer .

Only 2 teabags bags &3 little milks for 3 night stay . reception was barely open . Shower hot water was temperamental. Could only use washing machine on one cycle and cold water only .screen door downstairs did not lock and no key for screen door upstairs . And one pillow was very average and other pillow was very unsatisfactory. And would be helpful if there were trouser hangers .

Kitcken had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable, Great shower.

Under rim of toilet very dirty. Lounge could have had a clean. Table outside needs a clean.

Great location to everything Brisbane had to offer. Lovely apartment with great facilities.

The location was good and the view from the balcony was good.

The couch was pretty uncomfortable and the room needed cleaning a bit better. The air con vent was very fluffy.
