We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt would have been good to have tea and coffee supplied in the kitchen. The tea towel was new and unwashed and left fibres on the dishes. A separate hand towel and bath mat would have been handy. The drawers in the bathroom were dirty

AustraliaThe search warrant that was on the kitchen counter. House is in serious disrepair, and nothing like the photos. Broken door handles, makeshift repairs done, screws to overlap the handle to hold it in. No BBQ facilities like advertised. We couldn't get the heating working, had to change the batteries around, the remotes for the heater and aircon are hanging off the wall. House was extremely dirty. Dirty bedding, 2 towels supplied for 8 guests. Spiders, bugs and dust everywhere. The coffee table was broken. The couch was held up by bricks. The Dishwasher is broken. The plates, cutlery, and drawers and cupboards were filthy. No basic amenities. We had to purchase fresh bedding and towels to use, plus cleaning items to clean.
The size of the house. Unfortunately that is the only thing this property has going for it. It needs a serious deep clean and repairs, I am very disappointed. We contacted the owner, and she sent a girl with towels( which smelt) and we mentioned our issues, she tried to help with the heater, but didn't understand. She advised she would come the next day to clean, but never showed up. The photos are extremely old, most things were dirty or broken, door handles broken, locks not working etc. Holes in walls The back yard and front yard were seriously overgrown, the bins outside were overflowing with rubbish.

The house is very spacious & accommodating. Its a home away from home very warm & comforting! Love that it had everything that you’d need in a home & family friendly. House has all the modern features & the taste of decor is an added bonus. Rooms are large, beds comfy! Clean! The toothbrushes were a nice touch. Highly recommend! Trip was for a sad family gathering so having somewhere to come back too that felt like a home was comforting. Travelled with my partner, parents & 2 kids, the house is very accommodating to small or large groups. Communication with Rosie the owner was lovely and easy.
