Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaCheck-in was told that booking directly with the hotel would be cheaper and get the perks the guest before me got. Snacks lollies pack and crackers... they were given goodies in front of me, with a smirk. Discrimination Bristo not open on Mondays.
A lovely gentleman at the bar serving, gave the same snacks, that were handed over to other guests , when asked if they sold snacks. Since the bristo was not open. Room was warm and comfortable.

GermanyThe location of the hotel isn't nice (i.e. A lot of homeless people). We didn't like the fact, that there's a casino inside the hotel lobby.
Pleasant location for a one night stay before heading off to Melbourne Airport. They offered an early check-in which I really appreciated and the room was very clean. Several supermarkets just around the corner.
