Public bathroom, toilet door locks were too high that my 5yr old couldn’t close her toilet door. Weather was wild when we stayed, the outside blind was up but not fully secure so it banged all night on the building A bit of construction things were laying around, impacting the feel of the area The double bed sagged in the middle, made sleeping for two adults a little uncomfortable

We arrived in the dark and didn't realise a window was open. we were very chilly in the double bed but the girls were happy in their bunk at the other end.

Our bedsheets haven’t been changed from the previous people found a bed sock in our in the bed which was ours and we only had three towels for six people

Beautiful unique layout of park Wonderful easy staff,. Great position to Stawell and The Grampians. Lovely we could bring our dog. Plenty of places to walk her..

The heater was not working properly and at some point it was blowing cold air which isn't ideal during winter. You can't run both heaters at the same time. Even when you aren't running more than 1 appliance (as noted only when we entered the bus), electricity kept tripping. There was dust all over the roof as well as spider webs.

Cabin was very standard for the price . Things didn’t work like the kettle and no clothes iron or broom ect. Wasn’t clean enough . Spider webs dust dirt and ants in the cabin. Shower went cold while using it . Bed was comfortable and aircon worked well . The lake view smells badly not fresh water

AC were not doing any cooling, wouldn't recommend going in hot weather as the container gets boiling . Staff said they are still working on the repairs. Couldnt even provide a spare fan.

Camp kitchen was left messy by other bus guest and all fridges and freezers were not useable in camp kitchen as one bus had seemed to fill them all

Cons: 1. Never stay in a charter/bus caravan especially during this time, it is extremely hot, they have 2 portable aircondition but not helping much 2. Power trips in bus/charter accomodation, it turns off every 2-5mins. If ever you decide to stay here just book cabins. 3. large mosquitos and insects especially at night 4. microfiber blankets smells awful 5. no solution when its comes to using 3rd party booking. My friend paid for her cabin using booking.com but when we arrived they said there is no booking for them and they cannot do anything about it.

The park is really clean and quiet. The staff were good and received us happily. The rooms we booked were with bathrooms and they were clean. The bedsheets and blankets were provided. Was a good one night stay.

The bed was too soft for me. The ensuite was functional but very narrow.

Our cabin was a really good size, with a double bed, kitchette, table and chairs and futon couch. It also had an ensuite. Pet friendly is great! Quiet location, great park. We had everything we needed.

Personally for me, the bed was way too soft. The bus was a little chilly on a cold night - we ran the heater all night which worked well. Our bus was missing a toaster but ended up using the camp kitchen oven

Our first stay here. We chose one of the buses for something different and it was fun! Love that the accomodation is so pet friendly! The bus was great for the two of us and perfect for our 1 night stopover
