We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Communications and instructions for access were clear and easy to understand. Across the road to great dinner, breakfast and 5 minutes to the airport as was our last night of a 3 week holiday before heading home.

We thought the facilities were very good. The pool and restaurant area were well located and had a lovely atmosphere. The room had most things we needed and we enjoyed the few extra special touches such as toiletries and refreshments.

AustraliaAir con was difficult to understand how to adjust so we didn't touch it but it was a tad too chilly for us. The only thing that would make it a 10/10 for me (as I am a fussy sleeper) is the blinds do not join in the middle and light streams in. For me the unit would be a 10/10 if it had full block out blinds.
Lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful section of the Sunshine Coast. Meals at the SurfAir hotel next door are fantastic. Bed and pillows comfy. Easy process to check in. The pool at the resort is great.
