Had an issue with something in the room. Maintenance were straight onto it and it was fixed before I returned in the afternoon... New towels each day. Comfy beds. Our room looked like it has been renovated recently. Parking outside room on site. Restaurant on site. Close by to shops. Friendly staff

Everything was absolutely perfect especially the service at a late hour, except for the pillows!!! All three of us, had to use folded up towels as pillows as all those provided were far too thick /large. This was not as comfortable and we did not sleep as well as we should have. We are not sure why but every motel (3) we have stayed in so far on our trip to Cairns and back seems to think we all love sleeping with our spines completely out of alignment. After sitting in a car all day we long for a stretch in a flat bed with a thin to medium thin pillow. ‘We’ are two tall and well built athletic males and one female. Thank-you for your consideration.

Limited washing facilities. I ended up handwashing though and using the dryer, so not too bad. Paper thin walls. Could hear neighbour snoring.

Staff were beyond lovely and helpful - in reception and the kitchen in restaurant area.

The bed could be more comfortable, the TV could be larger, I would like some milk in the fridge for coffe/tea.

Great location, no road noise at night, clean room, aircon works well, great lighting and powerpoint access, shower in the bathroom works well, loved the toiletries, soft towels, complimentary water, drink coupon, had a nice meal at the restaurant, friendly staff, great value for money.

The pool is need of upkeep but on one of the hottest days it did the job and was quite good to swim in , one of the beds would nearly sink to the floor when we got in it and the shower door doesn’t shut properly

It was conveniently located , we were put in one of the last rooms so we’re away from any road noise , we asked could we check in any earlier then 2 and they let us in at 12 which was awesome as we had my 2yo with us and he was tired by then , the bathroom and closet were huge and so was the room , would definitely stay here again

The single beds weren't very comfortable pretty hard actually I woke with a very sore back. The mini fridge freezer had iced over so the fridge wasn't cold. Had to defrost it so the fridge would work.

It was lovely, clean and roomy, we had no neighbours so was very quiet. The shower had shampoo/conditioner all in one and a shower soap too, the sink has hand soap, they all smelt great! The pool was great and has a lip the whole way round the pool so if little ones go to deep they can hold onto the lip until you reach them. The parking is amazing!

Not much...but the fridge ice compartment was blocked up and the fridge door open when i got to the room. Took a while to cool down the temperature in the fridge.

Not many accommodations locations provide a washer towel in the bathroom anymore. It may be a little thing, but it is an added extra when you don't want to use a hand towel to wash yourself in the shower.

Excellent facilities in room kids enjoyed the pool after a long day driving and very comfortable beds so we slept in the next morning we woke up refreshed for another day of travelling will definately stay again in the future.

Rooms located way from busy road and very quiet. Spacious rooms with sofa for in room relaxation as well as microwave and toaster for in room dining. Rooms all have allocated parking, High level of cleanliness.

We could of contacted reception how ever we didn’t, the people next door didn’t seem to consider the others around them with noisey children in the room and running around the car park as they smoked out the front. We were also super tired and I am guessing the kids too were stuck in a car all day as well. So I am going with thin walls

Couldn’t fault check in nor the room, direct parking out the front of the room. My daughter loved the pool. Food at the restraint was amazing, the roasted pumpkin mash devine. The shower pressure and temp control was highly appreciated after a 10 hour drive.
