Stairs very slippery when wet. (actually took a slip on front steps but am ok) "Big ass" fan on rear deck not working. No acces to beach from property. (although beach acces only a very short drive)

Open living large dining area. Additional ablution on front deck was great. Close to beaches. Rear deck was very large to view sunsets. Great fridge in kitchen, plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery.

This property was excellent for our family get together- we could eat sleep and play together with lots of space for all. The extra ammenities were a bonus. The deck was awesome and well used the big ass fan made it. Every little extra bit was there if you needed it

Had a great birthday weekend with my family, the accomodation was able to fit 12 people comfortably so that every one had there own space. It was very clean and close to the lodge as well as the beach. My family and I enjoyed the stay and can’t wait till next time. Carole the host was lovely and really easy to contact if needed. Thank you for the great stay.

There was NO furniture on the balcony, only a BBQ. Furniture from inside the house needed to be taken outside so that we could sit and dine outside, leaving the inside bare (no couch, no tables/chairs) Couch/outdoor lounge was not large enough for all guests to relax. The tables were only trestle tables. Images very misleading to what was set up on the balcony to make it a comfortable stay!!! Camera out on back balcony, which made some guests feel uncomfortable -like.someone watching. Some appliances in kitchen broken.

The property was in a fabulous location, beautiful view off the balcony, big yard leading to cliffs overlooking the ocean. House was very clean

We thought it was beach front with beach access, a dangerous ladder that had fallen onto the beach is not beach access. Getting messages about a big arse fan and what to do, when it had been out of action for at least three months. Cleaners coming a day early, wasn't really an issue she was lovely but apprently not the first time wires were crossed. TV on a card table was strange.

Clean, comfy, great location, bedrooms all had their own air-conditioning which was great. Gave a very relaxing vibe. We also seen wildlife in the backyard most mornings, wallabies and pigs, that was fun.

Some comfortable outdoor furniture would be great, and the big ass fan doesn't work so it is really hot. There were rat droppings (not gecko) in one of the bedrooms, quite a bit of it. On speaking with the cleaner, who came and vacuumed up the droppings, she didn't even know we were coming, so the house hadn't been recently cleaned, the floors were gritty and dusty.

The house and the facilities provided were great, particularly the kitchen. Its a great space for a family and the views from the deck are amazing. Air-conditioning was great in all rooms. Practical bathroom and additional showers and toilet outside are a bonus.
