The only thing that was not so great was the TV/WiFi in our suite. Kept lagging and dropping out so we couldn't watch Netflix.

The decor and furnishings are lovely, bed was comfy, great shower and nice complimentary toiletries. The bistro/ bar is great and has a lovely atmosphere and they made a fantastic espresso Martini. The beach access is great, there are shops located a short walk which was very convenient.

Great location close to Sunshine Coast airport (5 mins by bus). Nice view from room, good size rooms which were very clean.

Water flowed out of the shower and soaked the bathroom floor making the tiles very slippery. Very hard to find parking at the motel, as I assume you're contending with the bar & restaurants patrions also looking for parking. It was pouring rain so it made it even worse trying to carry luggage from the street.

The location to the beach is terrific. Our room appeared to have a great outlook over the beach & ocean, however we didn't get to enjoy it as it poured rain all afternoon & night. The bar & restaurant attached was easy to access and the food was great. The bed was really comfortable.

Shower needs a bit of bleach and scrubbing. The check in person was not very informative. Very friendly though but with three separate sections gave us no direction of which one we were staying at which cause a bit of confusion. Wasn’t aware of the lack of parking.

Location was good. Room was comfortable. Suitable for what we needed. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and staff were fantastic. So close to the beach and a very quiet location.

The room was not very soundproof and the main road is very noisy, as is the airport! The doors/windows rattled in the wind quite a bit as well. The pool was too cold! It should be heated another 5+ degrees and it would have been much better :-) The beds were super soft and uncomfortable. The restaurant was pretty pricey and not really worth it - there are better options elsewhere - I wouldn't recommend eating on property.

Great location - very very close to the airport (we could see the runway from our room!) and the beach as well as all other major attractions on the Sunshine Coast. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The gym was small but had everything you'd expect. Yes, the room was a bit dated but it was cosy and had everything we needed. We had a basement carpark for the car which was very useful. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Pool tile missing cover with cone, hair left in the bathroom from previous person, no heater so was cold requested one from reception and got one. Needs a makeover in the room

A walk in shower rather than a spa bath in the Ensuite as it is difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant on-site was convenient and the food was great!

Hopefully it was just our room (Hotel Room) but it was quite old looking and needed even just a few things spruced up to look better ie: the toilet roll holder is full of rust - replacing that alone would give a better impression. I am quite glad we got it at a slightly reduced price for the night

Overall the Resort is lovely and in a great spot to easily get to attractions around the Sunshine Coast. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff are lovely. Reverse cycle air con worked great for the cold night we were there for.

The complex includes owner occupied and rentals and some people don't respect the rules. Shower screens and curtains, fittings are dated. Apartments were pretty good but the hotel part is very out of date
