Every thing, location perfect, this motel was exactly what I wanted when travelling. Only stayed one night but met all my expectations.

Nothing

The location was perfect for the reason that we stayed there as we were attending a reunion at the Big4 caravan park. It was in an ideal place so we could go walking each morning down to the marina.

As we stayed for five days the unit has no cupboard space so we could put our clothes instead of living out of our suitcase, the hanging space was suitable. Usually in motels the bedside tables usually have draws in them so you could put smaller clothing items in them. The bathroom needed a good clean as there was a lot of mould all around the shower cubicle and edges of the room and the hair dryer did not work at all. There was no room in the ensuite to put any toiletries as we had to leave them on the bench in the kitchenette.

Took booking based on parking being available for my Truck, when I arrived it was not remotely suitable but there were no longer able to be contacted. I spent an hour on the phone with Booking.com who had two different agents call and email. I also texted them on the mobile number they texted me booking details on. 24 hours later, still no correspondence from either them or Booking.com. Booking.com is that property must reply within 60 minutes for right of reply so I don’t k is why in still waiting. I had no choice but to keep driving and never entered the property.

Really great stop-over place, that I would even consider coming back to for a longer stay. Directly opposite beach, which was nice to take a walk on after a long drive. Several decent dinner-options within close walk. Modern, newly refurbed room, comfy double bed (not hard, not too soft). Very helpful reception staff.

Location opposite the beach was lovely for an early morning walk. Well equipped rooms including microwave.

Very noisy shower… when I was showering in one room, my son could hear a terrible noise in the next single room. Parking was very tight for a larger vehicle.

The toilet seat cover had permanent yellow stains on it. there was not enough toilet roll in the room, The kettle itself needs a good clean, it had black bottom. the room was advertised as having a kitchenette. only had microwave in it. No kitchen sink or cook top. You cant open the windows and jammed. As we needed some fresh air. First you couldn't open the windows and if you are lucky there was no screens in the windows. Unfortunately during our stay every night we have to leave the door open to get some fresh air.
