Everything was great: the room was spacious, modern and clean. The pools were fantastic. The staff was always super helpful and friendly. The restaurants had great food and excellent service and atmosphere.

A lot of building work going on and was a bit of a lengthy wait in the mornings for breakfast as long queues.

The activities for kids and the pools. The theatre & arcade room for kids was also great. The staff were amazing, really what sets the hotel apart from others.

Beautiful pool facilities. Luxurious room with fantastic views. Easy onsite parking (for a fee but reasonably priced). Loved our dinner at Misono - kids included! Great TV connectivity for kids to stream shows from devices. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome

The staff were so friendly and cheerful - very nice view from our room , the Japanese restaurant is a must for visitors ( and trust me I am a fussy eater ) . Wait till you see the pool which has live tropical fish !!!!!

The hotel is beautiful, it is so clean, the rooms are nice and upto date, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only fault I will say was the buffet was sooooo busy on Sunday morning, the line to get breakfast was huge so we had to find a cafe nearby. But, not a big deal. The pool is amazing and the hotel itself is stunning. Perfect for family travel but still fancy

There was not a lot of information about the resort or the facilities available - for instance, there is a laundry there that weren’t advised of. It would have been great to know to be able to do some washing whilst staying here.

I didn’t like the bed or pillows, I found it hard to sleep and so did my husband.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, they were the best. I loved the amenities and the style of the resort. It looked beautiful.

My room was on the 27th floor to start with though i requested a lower level. I had to stay the first night in a different room and move the next day. Even though i was disappointed, staff assisted me.

I can’t fault anything at this point.

Even though it’s just an overnight stay, we felt like we’re treated as guests staying for a week. Transport, comfort, and atmosphere made our bachelor weekend a success. Our interactions with staff were just phenomenal, natural, and not scripted.

The chaotic nature of breakfast. You couldn't turn round without a small child running into you when you were carrying hot food and drinks.

Our room was spacious and well equipped. It had a small balcony with fabulous views over the ocean and the lagoon. Generally the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

You could hear road noise when traffic was peak in the morning inside the room.

Great location. Wonderful pool. Restaurants were exceptional. Friendly staff. Would definitely be back.

Everything. High quality decor and comfortable beds, sheets were very high quality pillows very comfortable. Helpful staff and great pool with real fish just like the sea. Restaurant entertainment was fantastic . Felt like I’m a celebrity!!
