Great location across the road from the water, great parks and walking distance to many places, loved the verandah and large size of the apartment plus your own garage were great features

I've stayed here before and last time and this time I felt like it would of been better to sleep on the floor as the beds were uncomfortable most of the place was clean except for some of the kitchen appliances and the dining table and drink coaster were dirty there was plenty of DVDs to chose from but couldn't get the DVD player to work. Only one front door key so if me and my family wanted to do different things someone got locked out of the entire building

The listing offered a sofa bed which wasn’t available and one family member slept on a mattress on the floor

No air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a sharp knife and some Tupperware containers would have been great

Great spot, good size unit, a bit hot on the patio but hey that's summer, super thankful the staff turned on the air con prior to our arrival.

Didn't receive any check in or check out instructions. Luckily I got a text prior to our arrival as the reception was closed, despite us getting there well before the advertised opening times. Also had no bath towels and had to arrange for these to be delivered (request was responded to promptly).

Older style apartment, but great facilities and location

Crockery/cutlery/pots & pans required washing before use Airconditioning - not working properly; requires maintenance and repairs Clothes dryer - not working properly; requires repairs All units had (walk up) stairs which was slightly problematic due to health issues. This wasn't clearly stated on advertising.

Location - excellent, close to boardwalk adjacent to Sylvan Beach. Shops, cafes/restaurants close by. An easy drive across to Woorim surf beach with lovely views from Edwin Schragg Lookout and lots of good picnic spots. Cleanliness - the unit was clean and comfortable. Bed - very comfortable.

Apartment needs some refreshing - broken/perishing curtains need to be replaced, new couches and a 4 seater dining table. Was hard to find powerpoints for charging devices.

Great location. Apartment was very spacious, large single comfortable beds in 1 room and double in the other, great to have a hot bath. Didn't use laundry but ideal for anyone staying longer

The location is great close to the shops, pub next door but not too close and the beach is across the road.

The balcony overlooked the pool, so you could always hear people in the pool.

The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the pool. It was right next door to a lovely pub and across the road from the water. I wish we stayed longer.

Loved the location opposite the beach and walking distance to sandstone point. Staff went out of their way to help change our room immediately when we had a problem.

The toilet in main bathroom was coming off the wall and the seat was on with only one screw. The ceiling fan in main bedroom didn't work think flat battery

Was great being close to the bridge and sports hotel for dinner. The lady at reception was great.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Would be great to have a stronger flow.

The location was brilliant and close to the concert I attended. I loved the ground floor court yard. The unit was bigger than expected and the staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again.

I was unable to get into the car space provided but the hospitality was so good it didn’t matter to much

The owners were really lovely and friendly they made us feel very welcome and maybe it very easy to book another night at a great price it is my second stay and would definitely stay again 😊
