A lack of maintenance and responsibility to fix issues stating it requires owners approval for basic requirements e.g. broken outdoor furniture. For a long stay weekly service is poor. Black mould on decking. Would never use this agency again.
The location. OK for short stay but do not recommend for anything other than a few days.

Lovely modern apartment, with incredible location, that suited our holiday needs perfectly. Only 100m from the Boathouse and other restaurants lining the river, and 2 min drive from Woolworths. The apartment was lovely and we had easy access to a wonderful pool and bbq.

AustraliaWould like more than one clothes drying rack, that is of a more sturdy design, the one provided was small and quite flimsy., We prefer to dry and air our clothes naturally rather than using the drier. Better for our clothes, the environment, and avoids heating up the apartment when it is really hot. Running the clothes dryer made the bathroom really humid with moisture everywhere (slippery floors etc.).
We had a lovely stay the apartment. It is in a great location with a short walk to the river. It was clean and comfortable.

New ZealandI did not like the method Accommodation Noosa the letting agents this property. They asked unnecessary questions letting agents and required identification quoting Government regulatory guidelines. This was more in line with a long term Residential rental agreement than a simple holiday let. On this current trip to Queensland, I have not been subjected to the same intensive questioning or to produce any official ID in the other eight properties I have stayed in. I can't stand un-necessary paperwork or demands for ID whilst hiding behind spurious government rules. Even when I sent a copy of my driving licence by email they demanded I resend it by my mobile phone which I refused to do. They then said I had to visit their office in Hastings Street a place where it is impossible to get a car park within two km in business hours, however another employee sent the key code on the morning of my arrival. Another point is that to secure the booking it had to be paid for at time of booking and so they had the use of my money from the April till July. This is the sixth time I have stayed in Noosa and have never had a similar problem in booking in to any other property. Because of this I will not be staying in this or any property managed by Accommodation Noosa if pre warned they are the agent. It is a shame because this was a pleasant property to stay in. But I can’t countenance un-necessary hogwash.

AustraliaNot all properties are to the same standard, the nicer one is pictured first. We did not get that! I think the properties should be advertised separately. We stayed in one that was very dated and not worth the money. For a four night stay we were not provided with any additional bin bags and no additional toilet paper. Also no internet, the house book said use an internet cafe lol!

AustraliaOn the first night, I slipped twice in the bathtub shower due to it being slimy and slippery and ended up with massive bruising on my legs the night before a family wedding which was the purpose of this trip. If it was my 65 year old mother or 85 year old grand mother I think they would have come away with more than just bruises. Our relaxing mornings were interrupted 3 days in a row: once with the building being pressure washed, once with the building being painted and the ladder being right against the bedroom window with workers talking loudly, and once with the power being cut off for the whole day due to street maintenance.
