One room locked, and we didn't seem to have a key to unlock it. One dining chair broke when moved. We set it aside as their were others. The internet WiFi was absolutely rubbish. It's probably not even worth having.

The accommodation was very spacious.

Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and accommodating. I was expecting a room in the hotel but they were being renovated so we had a motel unit. There was no food on offer at this time so it was a good excuse to go and explore the town.

It's a shame the hotel has been left to die. Would be a fantastic building to use. Looks like the new owners will be doing something with it. The room needed a big clean. So many cobwebs dirty dishes and lots of broken things. Hopefully she will be all nice and new soon.

The location was good for us as we were racing at the speedway so a short drive to the track with small children. Was good for walks to the park and into the city centre.

Cramped room; no dinner available Monday nights except fast food at nearby roadhouse; breakfast kitchen too small to seat more than a couple of guests at a time; no TV reception; price a little high for standard accommodation in a rural town.

Tariff included continental breakfast supplies; comfortable bed; historic hotel.

A bit aged and cleanliness poo stains in toilet although a toilt rush solved that issue also cockroach or mouse droppings in bathroom vanity

Smelt a bit like old cigarette smoke. Shower taps need attention. Shower head drips, taps too difficult to turn off. A dish cloth and tea towel would have been handy. Not enough power points.

Clean and fresh. Good amenities- microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, tv, aircon.

The shower taps were broken, and it was fiddly to adjust the temperature for a shower. The staff were all new and didn't know how to check me in, they had to call someone to come in and check me in. They had wifi BUT my room was apparently too far to get access to the internet.

There were plenty of beds, microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge.

Good value accommodation for the basics of comfortable bed, satisfactory shower, cleanliness, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, cutlery & plates and able to park easily at the door.

We had booked a family room and due to a mix up someone was in our room when we arrived. staff running the bar and battleshop were lovely and tried to sort it out. We eventually ended up with two rooms which was fine as we didn’t have to pay any extra.

the property is an old motel, rooms are dated but large, comfortable and clean with some updates such as new curtains, reverse cycle aircon unit and flat screen TVs. Beds were comfortable and it was a good spot to stop for a night in Collie.

No ashtrays outside so butts everywhere uneven driveways n parking potholes are dangerous and expensive if not looked after ppl start law suits

Could definitely do with carpets cleaned new mattresses some are so warped it's uneven. Even cuttlery be good 4 forks 2 knives to 10 plates 8 bowls. 0 spoons Not enough wall plugs so extension cords isn't a real attractive site.in hotel accommodation....

Only thing I can mention is that the cups were a tiny bit dirty, with slight smudges left over. But that was just a quick rinse and everything else was nice :)

The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The shower worked perfectly, and you could park literally right outside your door. The staff was friendly and overall a really comfy stay!

Awkward trying to use the small bathroom basin as a sink to fill the kettle and wash dishes. Needs a little love, it's old. Be great if the hotel was open and served meals.

Great to have a microwave and toaster along with the usual kettle and fridge.
