Breakfast was great, room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was amazing and staff were delightful.

We went for breakfast the next day, someone took our order but we were sitting there for ages, maybe half an hour. Everyone else who came after us got their meals. Then another staff came and not sure what had happened, but they got our order again! Which meant we had to rush through the rest of our day because we waited for an hour overall to receive our breakfast. If I was managing the property, I would have provided something in return, or at least wouldn’t have changer for water used in the room.

Beautiful building with history. I loved it that there were printed information about the building. The location is amazing as well, close to wonderful fine dining restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

The most beautiful property - room was clean and comfortable and in keeping with the style of the building. Common spaces were gorgeous, the aspect exceptional, and the staff were pretty much faultless; polite, friendly, helpful and attentive.

We book the restaurant and were dissatisfied with the waiter's attitude who refused to.mive us from directly in front of the fireplace. Food was good but the att6of this person really spoiled the occasion

The Convent is a beautiful place to stay when visiting the Hunter Valley. The staff are excellent, easy parking, great breakfast, we could not fault our stay at all.

The first room allocated the door lock was malfunctioning so we were moved to another room, the new room was a bit nosier than the first room, as it was located behind reception.

Overall the hotel has a nice ambience and having the outdoor area\verandah was nice area to sit. Breakfast was good.

In the picture when i was booking the room, the bathroom had a bath. There was no bath in this room which was disappointing.

Room was lovely, confortably spacious, well appointed, clean, with views and balcony. Breakfast was a fantastic feast - generous with choices. Service excellent. Decor appropriate to maintain heritage feel
