Price a little on the high side, room I was given was a little small and breakfast was basic no hot breakfast, just toast, cereal and fruits with tea or coffee or juice

The breakfast was nice. Choice of cereals and toasts. Tea coffee fruit yoghurt etc. The location was great. Walking distance to most things and the markets are across the road.

We were happy with everything.

Missed breakfast on our last day

Good location, a short walk from Chinatown, a slightly longer walk to Matso's Brewery and opposite the Courthouse Markets. A lovely, private balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good continental breakfast. Cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, sweet treats and tea and coffee. Lovely outdoor area and pool.

On arrival to check in at 2.00pm, there was no one there. No one was answering the phone either and the message bank was full. At about 2.20, someone arrived to check us in.

The Courthouse was fabulous! Collected from airport, delightful French couple organising breakfasts which were very nice. Close to markets and easy walk into town Centre. Room huge and nice balcony. Quiet location

The host and staff are friendly and helpful, but they are not present most of the time. The house is cozy with strong nostalgic taste. Easy to walk around the town.

Facilities were dated. Breakfast could be better.

This B&B is a charming old house. It is a short walk from old Broome, restaurants and the airport. The weekend market is held across the road. The daily continental breakfast is adequate without being amazing. Dining is communal which gives the opportunity to talk with fellow guests. Sunscreen lotions and insect sprays are available free to use in the lobby area. Transport to and from the airport is offered, although I didn't need it. The host (s?) weren't always present, but when I did happen to meet her she was helpful with directions and suggestions of what to see and do.

This is probably me but I didn't find the bed comfortable. There also wasn't comfortable seating in my room (just a table and two dining chairs) or any seating at all on my little balcony. Shampoo and conditioner weren't provided which took me by surprise. I hadn't brought any with me I'm so used to them being standard in bathrooms.

Felt very welcoming and friendly

The breakfast seating areas could have been explained and laid out better. I felt on our last morning the only spaces for my husband and I were around the back of the big table, where other diners were blocking both ways to get to them.

Ideal location within 10 minutes walk of Chinatown and main tourist areas of Broome. Close to Courthouse bus stop, regular service to Cable Beach and other areas of Broome. Property is large open tropical style house, spacious bedroom with balcony and eating area, separate bathroom. Staff were very helpful, airport transfer was included at the end of our stay.

The actual courthouse is opposite the property and the gardener there was very enthusiastic with his blower early every morning.

Pool a bit chilly

Good size, comfortable room in good location. Included continental breakfast available in the breakfast area was sufficient and good variety. Nice looking pool although we didn’t use it. We had two access doors and didn’t need to enter through the main house.

We had to park outside the property although not quite on the road. We had a room downstairs (seemed perhaps like an extension to the main residence) which was really dark and really didn’t have a balcony we could sit on as opposed to the upstairs rooms in the main part of the house. Breakfast was only available for 1 hour.

Fabulous BandB. Spotlessly clean. Large comfy bed in a large room with tea,coffee,kettle etc. Beautiful pool area . Continental breakfast fresh, plentiful and lovely selection . All the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Airport transfers an added bonus Weekend markets across the road .

We liked the location and the spaciousness of our room and verandah.

The staff were friendly but minimalist in approach and the breakfast was poor.
