Great location. Lots of sun

We enjoyed the views and position immensely. The close proximity to cafes and restaurants was second to none. The room was a treat and facilities more than adequate for us both.

We should have booked for a longer stay.

Bus stop at the door. Beautiful park opposite. So convenient to everything.

Nothing at all

The view from the lounge/kitchen area is spectacular over the river.

The pillows were a too large for me.

The facilities were spacious and clean. The view was amazing. The staff were veryn friendly and helpful.

There was no airconditioning in the bedrooms. A coffee machine would have been a bonus as well.

Nothing. It was fantastic

Traffic noise in particular with a bus stop right outside the building - level 2 is too noisy! An alarm beeping one night in the corridor which woke our level up, no air conditioning in the bedrooms was not comfortable, sensor light in the corridor outside the lifts continually going off and it shone right into the bedroom.

Location and cleanliness

2 bedrooms no Aircon

Comfortable apartment, well equipped. Balcony with great views overlooking Cotton tree and Maroochy River. Plenty of restaurants within an easy walk. Friendly management, good communication. Quiet but convenient. Heated Pool and Spa.

The Dunes is in a fantastic location in Cotton tree with great access to the beach , shops and restaurants and all with a stunning water view.

We were not so impressed with the pool.

Great location across from Beach, Park and Aquatic Centre. Large comfortable living area and balcony.

No aircon to bedrooms meant they were stuffy even with aircon left on in living area overnight.

The view. Close proximity to the camping grounds across the road where my son was staying. Lots of great shops nearby. I didn’t need to drive my car for 5 days.

A bit hot on the balcony in the afternoon. Maybe some sort of see through blind needed.

Location was great. View from balcony was lovely. Managers Tracy and Brad very friendly and eager to help with any questions.

Our apartment could do with more crockery, as it only had 4 settings. We had to wash dishes by hand.

Good location, really nice space for the family to hang out in.

The main supermarkets were not close enough to walk to. It was a busy street so could get a bit noisy at times at night.
