While the room was on the small size it had al l that I needed. The location is excellent and the staff very obliging.

AustraliaThe location was excellent! Right near the beach, walkways, town and water. Right on the main strip of town making everything incredibly easy to get to. We had a sea view with joining balcony's with 2 other apartments each with their own table and chairs. The pub below was great, and everyone working was really friendly. We were also giving 2 drinks vouchers which was lovely. I will defiantly recommend and return myself again.

The lady who booked us in was very helpful and informative. We got upgraded, was not expecting. The rooms where very clean and roomy. Good private parking which you need at Huskisson on a weekend. Great Great location. Good food and staff. Won't hesitate to stay there again.

Position was great but the room was average. The security door to the balcony didn't feel very secure and the inner door next to it only had a very small slide bolt to secure it. We woke up to only cold water in the shower which was very disappointing as we were heading to a ceremony so a cold water flannel wash had to do. We were not given a refund but were given a $100 credit which we then had to use for an expensive lunch (which was not what our plans were) as we were already booked into another place for our evening celebration. We would have preferred a refund.

AustraliaThe rooms view, although advertised as a water view, looked across an ugly metal roof strewn with air conditioner units and kitchen exhaust systems. The units rumbled through the night and were not ideal. The curtain condition was poor with holes in the blockout lining and poor window coverage. Need to be upgraded.
The hotel was basic with acceptable facilities and ok for a nights accommodation. Great shower and bed comfortable.

AustraliaWe extended our stay by one night. We were contacted by the motel who said to us they could not give us the same room two nights in a row. We were told we could have another room for two nights however they could not refund us any money for the first night as we had booked through booking.com. it wasn't until we arrived that we were told that we had now lost the use of a balcony and that we had limited ocean views. The room was comfortable and clean however on both mornings we were there we were woken just after seven am by workman on the roof just outside our window. They were loud and were also swearing. We were disappointed that we had lost the balcony but hadn't been told that when we agreed to stay in a different room so we didn't have to move and we were very annoyed to be woken early by the noise and swearing of the workman. At no point were we told that this work was happening otherwise we would not have requested a second night.

United KingdomA fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The guests had all gone outside and we must have waited at least an hour before a fire engine arrived. There was absolutely noone from staff as the hotel was unmanned at night, and on calling the duty manager there was no response all night. The firefighters have been trying to get a hold of management for a big chunk of time to no avail, and we had to wait in the cold outside all this time. They finally gave us the green light to go back in. This is unacceptable. We also haven't heard a word of apology. Besides this situation, our room was tiny, there was little space to just walk around the bed. No fridge nor milk for in room coffee. The restaurant downstairs only had pizzas. And the nice big adjoining restaurant visible in the venue photos was not even open. Huskinsson is rather small, but we had some nice nature walks in the National parks.
The hotel was on the seafront and had a big restaurant downstairs, and a bar open till late.

AustraliaWe liked everything, but will note the rooms are compact but they are well maintained and efficient- we only slept in them. Everything you want from this location is outside or at the hotel.
The exceptional staff and a perfect location that overlooks the bay made our stay at the hotel an experience to remember. It was that good we extended for a further 2 days (7 in total). As such, we cannot speak highly enough about the Hotel or Huskissons experience.

Hotel room described as ‘ocean views’, which was technically accurate, if you squeezed your cheek on the window and ignored the wholly more prominent ‘roundabout and main road views’! Bed pretty old and squidgy. Steep stairs with rickety bannister. Lady at reception was pleasant.
