Maybe for new couples … the open door toilet into bedroom not ideal … we were okay with it but for a fresh relationship on a getaway … may be a little awkward! But everything else absolutely perfect.

Lived absolutely everything about the property, just only thing would be more water pressure in the shower. It’s not a bad pressured shower, just being spoilt already and this would have topped it off!

The only downside was the water that pooled in the shower. The floors are cobbled which looks great, but was cold underfoot and the water tended to pool rather than drain.

Firstly, we should have stayed longer - this place would be ideal for a few nights. The views of the inlet are exceptional and the house itself is incredibly unique. Lots to marvel at when you arrive. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a few days away in Stanley.

Location was lovely. Crafted wooden features in the chalet made it special. The added touches of fresh milk & cheese & crackers were welcome & appreciated. The view of the sunset and bird life was spectacular from the apartment.

What a spot ... Beautiful view of the inlet , walks along the beach, bird life, and the sunset . Bush surrounds the units , peaceful and a 5 minute drive into stanley . Will stay again

After a long drive from Bruny Island, we arrived to a beautifully warm place with cheese and wine left for us by the host. The views over the water were incredible. The place was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Direct access to the water, especially during low tide at sunset when we could walk along the sand was wonderful. One of the best places we have stayed.

blinds in the bedroom are semi-transparent, so it gets bright very early in the morning. Would be great if the blinds are darker.

The shower gets water all over the floor and it doesn’t drain all that well. It would be nice if drones were banned since they scare off birds.

Close to Stanley and Rocky Cap NP. Great views and very quiet Kitchen was well outfitted.

The property is stunning and close to town (5 min by car), so it’s far enough to be super quiet and close enough to go and grab a bite if you want. The host is very lovely and we had some the most thoughtful welcome little treats waiting for us.

There was no washing machine (of which we were aware )or dishwasher. The shower water pressure was quite weak.

Beautiful quiet environment overlooking a swimmable inlet. We watched the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of wine and nibbles from the back deck - pure magic. We were given a welcome pack of wine cheese and biscuits which was much appreciated. Communication with Erin was excellent. Erin gave us some great handy hints regarding restaurants and hikes.

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Our one-bedroom bungalow (but far nicer than a bungalow) was beautiful and had an unbelievable view of the Inlet and six black swans. The daytime colors were incredible and the sunset was the best. We never wanted to leave.
