Everything was perfect.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had for 4 people was fantastic from the convenience of 2 bathrooms to the amazing view we had of the jetty and the water. Beds were very comfortable. We wished we could have another night there to enjoy the amazing apartment. The Manager was so helpful carrying our heavy bags up the 25 steps to our room. Great facilities offered for all guests. Have stayed here many years ago and would stay again if every back in Esperance. Highly recommended.

Room layout wasn’t ideal - kids room upstairs opens out to the lounge room so had to be very quiet once they were sleeping.

Bathrooms are starting to get a little dated and past the point where they can look sparkling clean. No lifts so don’t pack too heavy!

Staff are super friendly and the view over the water is stunning. Really great to cross the road in the morning and have a fresh juice or coffee and walk the jetty.

The spa bath water didn’t get very hot so we had to use pots and the jug to make it warm. The stairs weren’t really ideal having kids, keeping them from playing on them was a tad stressful. The beds!! Super hard and uncomfortable. My partner and I were just saying how uncomfortable our sleep was when even our 5 year old daughter come down and said she had a bad sleep cause it was too uncomfortable. Second time staying here except in a smaller room and we had the same experience with the bed.

Close to the long Jetty and park so convenient to take kids out for scooter ride, play and walk. As well as the pool and park on site which would’ve been good for the kids but we only stayed one night and didn’t get to use them. The family room had a spa bath so we got to use that instead as it was cold so was really nice! The little suite we had was very spacious too and had all the utilities we needed including a wash machine + the vacuum was a bonus as kids had popcorn and made a bit of a mess.

No hand towels or flannels in bathrooms . Whilst a microwave is provided in the room there was nothing like a bowl you could use to heat up a meal in microwave. Whilst TV reception is good , the picture ratio on tv needs adjustment as it makes it difficult to watch. Can hear person in next room coughing so not sound proof. good it wasn’t to busy . Located on very busy street was surprised being Esperance that it was .
