The cheesecake from the menu was smaller than expected for the price. Our Aircon dripped for the first night, maintenance did fix it the next day. But it was annoying.

I really liked having the option of 2 different temperature pools. The restaurant was good too.

Lock was loose on the sliding glass door and I wasn't confident it would stay locked if someone gave it a good shake (based on me jiggling it around trying to get it locked). Thankfully there was a chain as well or I probably would have asked for another room. Not something the hotel can likely do much about but there are constant loud noises on the roof of the loft apartment I was in, all through the night. At first I thought it had to be something like possums (it sounded like they were rolling rocks down the roof!) but having a look around the morning after maybe it was just birds in the tree that touches the roof of the loft? The bathroom tap was also very difficult to completely turn off. I didn't want to cause a fuss so left a washer in the basin to catch any drips (to prevent more noise) so they could fix it afterwards. The above relate to the loft room. I also stayed in a regular room for a night the week before and it was excellent with no noise and no issues with the facilities.

Wifi did not work the whole time I was there. I did raise it with reception and they said they would get it resolved but it never happened.

Bathroom could do with upgrade, especially the toilet was rather low. Garden beds around some of the apartment rooms were very tired looking & work had begun to revamp.

Excellent buffet breakfast provided from 6am at Treetops restaurant, with plenty of variety & friendly staff, so catered for folk with early tour starts. Good sized pool to swim & relax in, surrounded by tropical palms & other plants. Well stocked Woolies nearby.

Needed upgrade of gardens near loft apartments. Apartments were roomy but a little dated both inside and outdoors.

Room wasn’t cleaned on the first day. Of the 2 bottles of water in the room, one had been opened and was half gone. Mildew behind the toilet and a bit in the shower. AC did not respond to attempts to regulate sleep temperature.

The restaurant was fantastic, we had buffet breakfast included that was amazing, so delicious, we also had tea there several nights, meals were great, good size meals, great value, and delicious. Staff were great, couldn’t fault them.

The only thing during my stay was that one of the washing machines wasn't working. But there was another to use anyways!

I usually stay elsewhere in Darwin for more money. So this place exceeded my expectations for the price you pay. Good facilities and nice rooms if you are staying in the hotel part.

Nice and quiet with comfy beds, a clean bathroom with a great shower & very hot water. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants, coles and woolworths. Seems to be a spot for Autopia tours to pick up participants.

Breakfast restaurant was understaffed and at times very chaotic with coach tour people. Staff had to rush like crazy to keep up! Gardens around the pool were dry and dying. The pool waterfall (featured in promotional advertising) was not working and looked as though it had been out of use for some time. This was most disappointing. The pool itself was still enjoyable. Housekeeping didn't attend our room until the afternoon, regardless of putting the sign out early to prepare the room. Initial tea bag supplies were lacking.
