Apartment was a little dated, some areas could do with a deep clean (seals at bottom of shower, inside kitchen cupboards, fridge/freezer seals) but we were there out of season, in winter.

Friendly staff. Great location close to the beach. Fab heated pools. The apartment was very large and pretty well equipped.

Bed doonas were very thin. The adult room had two singles pushed together with the bed on wheels, so it kept moving through the night. Our carpark was very tight with a pillar and storage making it difficult to park.

We loved our stay at The Mirage in Alexandra Headland! Spacious, clean apartment with great views, a great pool area, and easy beach access made it perfect for our family. The location is quiet yet close to cafes and shops. A relaxing, comfortable base for exploring the Sunshine Coast.

Lifted couch cushions to find they had never been cleaned beneath. Food scraps built up. Beds were on wheels but had never been vacuumed under. Kitchen sink mixer tap broken and loose. Several other fixtures or furniture requiring repair or replacement just due to wear and tear.

Pool area and bbqs kept clean and well maintained. Close to beach and walking distance to most services and shops.

Not a real biggie just little things kitchen needs some bits like salt & pepper, a little cooking oil, and paper towels. Not enough rubbish bags, 1 dishwasher tablet. No dish liquid. Pools need a little heating.

Nice and clean. Generous size apartment Excellent location 1 block back from the beach.So no street noise Nice outlook. Undercover parking. Adequate gym Pools, particularly the spa.

Felt the staff were a bit heavy handed with the visitor parking spots and not at all consistent with all guests.

Presumed there would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, but only in the living area (there were ceiling fans though). Small note, would have loved some body wash or an extra soap bar, sharing one soap bar between shower and basin was a small annoyance.

Location was definitely 10/10. Pool area pretty extensive. Cute lap pool. Small but well equiped gym area. Linens all clean and pretty new :):)

The unit master shower door couldn't close, the master bed was very soft and uncomfortable and you had to sleep with the air-conditioning on as there was no screens on the balcony doors to allow breeze into the unit. The internet kept dropping out, which froze the TV as it was only on wifi.

The pools were perfect. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed.

The place needed a really good clean. Lots of dust and mould on windows... rusty aircon... needed maintenance

The room was set out pretty good, the stove and cook gear etc was awesome - the furniture was due for an update in our unit (couches etc) but overall for a family it was pretty good.

Location and the pool area were great. Close to Alex beach and local shops

There was mould all around the seal of the fridge and the bathroom tiles / shower.

We enjoyed the bbq and pool area. And the heated pool was absolutely perfect. Access to the beach was only a 5min walk and lots of shops in and around the location.

Music in elevator is annoying but if that’s all there is to be annoyed at then it must be ok.

We come here for the pool and proximity to beach and facilities. They always accomodate large vehicles in overflow carpark.

Lack of small amenities such as bathroom products, lack of service to the room, eg clean bath towels each day, Shower door leaked soaking the bathroom floor

Location was good, size of the unit was good, air con and fans, outlook over the lake, very helpful reception

Plastic plates and cups would have been great for the kids and for taking down to the BBQ.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, could walk to Maroochydore and to Mooloolaba along the footpaths. Pool area was great for kids. Excellent park in front of the resort.
