We are aware that providing books, games etc is a preference of the owner and also leaving any condiments that previous guest have provided for others to use if eating in. As a self catering apartment there was nothing. Luckily 2 of our party had driven so they brought there own 'condiments' box. We made breakfast each morning and dinner one night. A note for the owner - you have a steamer pot that can't be used on the induction stove top.

Location of the Sebel is great for our morning walk to Mooloolaba with coffee at the Surf Club on the way back. Also a good location for the shopping centre and other restaurants.

The street noise from cars but that generally stopped around 10ish

The location was perfect The size of the apartment was great and it had all the facilities we needed. Having the balcony with the views over the ocean and morning sun was very relaxing. There is the Venice cafe below which services great breakfast and a Chinese and Thai restaurant as well which did good take away meals.

All the garden beds were empty. The bathroom was quite small. Our swipe cards were cancelled after the first day and didn't work. A bit of an inconvenience.

Rollaway bed was uncomfortable . Noise from traffic was loud when sitting on the balcony. Then the construction noise forced doors to be closed and remain indoors. Some stained cushions on balcony furniture . Overall , apartment and level entry from lift a little jaded Dishwasher detergent receptacle wasn’t clickable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Balcony was spacious and allowed good ocean view. Location to beach and some ammenities;cafes, restaurants, chemist. Undercover secure parking.

There was no gym. Outdoor furniture could be much better. Would have been better if there were more restaurants and shops closer.

I think it is time you look in to buying new queen size beds . The mattress in the main bedroom fell away at the sides the one in the other room was very uncomfortable and far to small for two adults that are quite tall and big to sleep in . My son in law had to sleep on the lounge
