Location,ease of checkin and check out; helpful staff bringing milk at a late hour. Everything you need to- good spot to stay for a few days.

Road was very busy, so could be a bit noisy if you had a room at the front.

Good location, handy to nearby theatre and excellent eateries. Also nice touch to have cereal and milk provided. Liked the retro look about the motel. Andies restaurant/bar on the premises is a bonus.

Instructions in room said it could be made up in am if tag hanging on the door, but no tag to hang on door. cutlery & glassware needed auditing as only one knife, multiple forks, only 1 wine and 1 champagne glass. I wouldn't recommend room 1 as early am people bashing suitcases, loud kids and voices on stairs outside door from 6am. there is a restaurant at motel, so parking hard later in day outside room. Our room was an interconnecting and not very soundproof, could hear next door TV and occupant coughed most of the night. ( i know, beyond hotels control)

Very clean, bed comfy, good hot water service. Close to everything, walked to a couple of great restaurants... italian onsite, japanese 50 m away and duck heaven 150m , close walk to beach

Parking spaces are (too) narrow.

The Deluxe Queen room was a great option with unbeatable value. Very comfortable large bed, spacious apartment, very usable kitchenette. Can easily live here for a week. Many nearby food options. I had room 10 at the back of the property and had no road noise at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was an added bonus and the free cereal, milk and biscuits was greatly appreciated.

The little laundry, I wanted to wash some clothes, found the laundry and there were clothes sitting on top of the machine, stuff in the machine and stuff in the dryer and the whole area wasn't clean at all.. I chose not to wash

Taps in shower extremely hard to turn on

Clean, comfortable large room. Some breakfast cereal and milk supplied. Walking distance to the shops. Our room was downstairs very quiet. No office on site so a code for the door sent via txt and easy to follow steps.

The decor is dated but you are aware of that from the information on line. The bathroom is very small with very little storage/shelf space/hooks - these accessories could be easily added.

Location near Anita’s theatre and restaurants was very convenient. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly very quiet despite location on a busy road. On-site parking was great. The room is actually quite spacious with room for a small table and couch.

The property was old fashioned and partially renovated. Walls were thin, so you hear everything from the neighbours on all sides. There were cockroaches in the cupboard, which I only discovered after I had made a cup of tea. The amount of toilet paper was very mean (not enough for an overnight stay for 2 adults) and there were no staff on site to get some more paper from

The bathroom needs updating. The toilet seat was plastic and needs to be replaced. The basin is very small and there is nowhere to put toiletries. The carpet needs shampooing.

Bathroom needs an extractor fan, and a bigger bin eould have been nice. You could hear people outside which sometimes could be slightly unnerving.

Great value for money. Kitchenette was great. Roo m was lovely and suitable for a 3 day stay.
