We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Quiet, private and space for small family. Good facilities for cooking, washer and dryer very useful when travelling with family and laundry detergent supplied. Large fenced front and back area for kids.

Unit was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Didn’t use bbq wasn’t inviting to use 😔 Bed comfy, great it had a washing machine and dryer plus outside close line, gave us a chance to wash before continuing on our journey. Location was good, walking distance to tavern one side and fish & chips, iga the other and walk to beach. All in all very comfortable and clean - would recommend to anyone 😊

AustraliaThe place was only superficially clean. The lounge cushions all needed washing as did the stains on the lounge. The floor needed mopping and the Venetian blind in the kitchen was broken. The silicon in the shower needs replacing. The outside bins were full when we arrived.
The location was good and the price was fair. The furniture in the bedrooms was pretty new as were the laundry appliances. The mattresses were good. The tv was great! Laundry detergent was supplied as was tea and coffee.

Communication was dismal, with myself having had to contact management almost 8 times to get a reply, then having to physically attend real estate agent after false promises to return calls/messages; then it was too late.
