Some of the fittings and fixtures need maintenance such as doors not opening and closing properly but this is very minor

Hard to lock up the property securely due to defective garage roller door that failed open and unlockable internal door from house to the garage. Open plan bedrooms didn’t suit everyone.

Beds where hard, I'd recommend owners getting some new beds that are comfortable. That there was no dining table inside the house.

The house was fantastic, loved how quiet it was and overlooking the golf course was nice. Backyard BBQ outdoor entertaining area was really good.

Everything was fabulous though the tiles do get extremely wet if the sitcoms aren’t on. The main bedroom at the front of the property in particular was very slippery ( like it had constantly been mopped) it’s probably all to do with the humidity but it’s a hazard for vulnerable ages.

Fabulous property. Fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious, clean,private. Styled similar to Balinese properties so you really felt like you were on holiday. Overlooked the golf course. Beautiful deep pool. Perfect for a family getaway or group. Property managers were fabulous. Shout out to Juanita who was very fast and responding to messages and accommodated a late check out for us which was very much appreciated.

Would have been good to have some written instructions on turning on and operating the oven etc. Pool was a bit dirty. Air conditioner in the living area was leaking water all over the floor. The rubbish bins were already full when we arrived but they were emptied the following day after our arrival.

The property is located in a quiet street. It is a little out of the main shopping area so you need a car to get around unless you are using a shuttle or taxi. Plenty of space for a family. Good amount of kitchen utensils. Good amenities and toiletries were supplied.

An amazing place! The photos are exactly what you get. The house was perfect for our family (2 bedrooms have ensuites and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and there is also a separate toilet) and the view from the back deck over the golf course onto the mountains was spectacular. All the bedrooms were comfortable and a well equiped kitchen. I have read previous comments about the BBQ, we had no issues with it (nice brekkies) and I also noticed that there was a new weber family Q about to be installed. Good communications with the host, easy drive or taxi into town and there are also local restaurants/cafes so plenty of choices. Definitely be back.

No privacy for main two bedrooms. Drainage issues and privacy in Bathrooms. Pool was not heated. Pool filter was turned off after 5pm

The villa was so dirty! It couldn't possibly have been cleaned properly for months. We couldn't use the filthy oven or bbq. We had to clean the areas we wanted to use. That included vacuuming the sofa. After telling us that we could checkout, the following day the owner offered to send someone to clean. As we had already cleaned we said no but a deep clean was needed when the villa was empty. Sun loungers were also advertised but not available as they had "perished " and not been replaced. The front gates were permanently open as they broken! It is hard to describe how beautiful the villa looked as we approached and the disappointment as we walked in. I have never seen so much dust, grime and dirt in a place you are going to stay in. Even the cutlery draw needed a good clean. The lamps in the bedroom didn't work. So much more but i don't want to spend any more time thinking about the villa. If you are wanting a well positioned villa of a good size check that it has been cleaned. For us it was terribly disappointing.

The house is in need of maintenance, doors to one of the bathrooms loose and also powder room door does not close properly, in general the house is tired and when we arrived floors and BBQ not clean, most areas were dusty and showing signs of wear, gave feedback in real-time as asked and no resolution offered.
