Hi Laura, thank you for your kind words on our decor! We try to put a great effort into creating a nice atmosphere. We were surprised to hear you did not receive a warm welcome, as this is something we strive to deliver upon every check in. When looking through our system, we can see you did not actually check in with us at reception, and we would have been happy to show you where all 12 of our bathrooms are. If you were arriving after hours, a staff member would have just been trying to help you find your room. Safe Travels!
