My mistake thought pool was on property didn’t read in full. Not much of an outdoor area for guests. Very tiny bathroom sink Also thought was in resort not a persons backyard.

Location was the best thing. Property is in a gated community which has access to a lovely pool in a beautiful setting.

Being a granny flat, each room opens to the outside. The hosts have gone to great lengths to make the area private but you are still ‘outside’ each time you move from room to room. I think a door or gate leading into the area would make things a lot more secure feeling. The kitchen is an outdoor kitchen (which is fine) with plenty of room but was a bit surprising. A bigger fridge would be good as the bar fridge lacked space for a longer stay.

The lounge was very comfortable with a big smart TV and surround sound system. Bathroom was modern and well supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was perfectly fine and the ceiling fan made for a pleasant night sleep. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Complicated to get in with code for gate and then another one for keys. Long way to your accommodation to drag bags over uneven footpath. The bedroom was separate to lounge and kitchen was outside. To go out you had lock 3 doors.. Needs a renovation.

It wasnt what we expected for $250 we were under the impression that is was a house we were renting for the night but it was only couple of very clostraphobic rooms in the back yard, we felt uncomfortable and left without staying and lost our $250, it was bad advertising and was being advertised as Blue Lagoon resort, but it wasnt blue lagoon resort, its the worst experiance we ever had, it took us nearly 3 hours of stuffing around looking for the place, the blue lagoon resort staff were very annoyed with us because they had no idea about this place pretending to be part of the resort. And also not happy that we couldnt get a refund!!!

we believed it yo be resort accomodation with a pool/We did not find the pool.however it was at the back of a house , bedroom was very small , no place for suitcases except on the floo or undr the bed. definitely not suitable for eldrly people

Super comfy beds and clean and light and airy, great view amazing Italian restaurant quiet location good pool and amazingly helpful staff - highly recommend!! Hear the waves crashing and lovely walks close to the beach. Next time I want to go there for a holiday not just to a conference

At the time of booking I did not realise and it was not explained that this was a hosted property - essentially a seperate room at the back of a house. It was sold and described as a complete apartment when it was actually 3 seperate rooms in which you needed to go out side to get to each other room. I personally was not comfortable with this although the property was very clean and more than suitable. It was more a shared AirBNB i felt with a super host. Again not my cup of tea.

Location was excellent. It was close to many attractions and very close to the beach. Enjoyed a great breakfast at the beach front. Accommodation was so quiet and peaceful, and private. Great security. Owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

In Cairns heat, kitchen was in exposed area ( BBQ) type of arrangement. And shower room had no air-conditioning. Prefer a hotel to this arrangement. Bed was uncomfortable. Beach front accommodation available at less cost and larger and fully air-conditioned.

Did not specify it was at back of owners house on booking.com. Washing machine is not in unit. but in owners house. Had to walk past owners house to get to unit, and large dog barked every time. Had to walk in outside area from bedroom to toilet Parking not great especially for 4 x 4. Had i known this was more of an Airbnb setup, would not have booked.

was perfect in every way! good location. Also in a lovely gated community & the bed was very comfy, nice living room to chill & watch movies, nice kitchen space to cook etc too. Also very good hosts :)
