The lighting wasn’t able to be set to a less brighter impact, and the drier didn’t have the robustness of older more practically tougher models, it kept cutting out because it was over heating.

The staff at the desk were extremely friendly, well organised, and so personable. The cleaning staff were the loveliest humans we have ever met. Friendly, professional, extremely helpful, we could not possibly say anything negative about the staff, just wonderful people.

Very modern and the all facilities were excellent including the onsite cafe and swimming pool. Having cooking and washing facilities in our apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff were friendly and welcoming at every interaction.

Staff were able to accommodate some special requests so that I could travel more easily with my baby. The room was lightly rearranged and I received an almost immediate phone call offering a high chair and cot. The room was baby friendly, had a kitchenette with everything for a short stay, great location, and best value for money in the area. The room key wrist strap was also incredibly 'handy'.

Trinity Collective is amazing! The bed was so comfortable, everything was spotless. Wish I had time to swim as the pool looked beautiful. Was so handy to grab one of the already made meals from reception. Satay chicken was delicious. The reception staff could not of been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Well done Trinity Collective. Also, the tote bag is fabulous and was a lovely surprise. Thank you! 😊

Location is not that close to the beach however it's in a nice quiet area and very central to everything if you have a car.

Property is quite new, very clean and well appointed. Fantastic staff who did everything to make us feel welcomed. Good outdoor facilities including pool, BBQ, on site cafe and parking.

The area where it is located, far away from everything and the views were to other developments or blocks of land.

Staff are great, facilities are all brand new and clean, extra large comfy bed and pillows, the website says extra large double bed, I didn't expect it to be bigger than our home king size bed! I could not fault it at all! Only 20 mins away from Cairns Central, quiet and private. The apartment is fully equipped with essential like shampoo, conditioner, wash, laundry supplies, and kitchen supplies. Value for money, and i highly recommend it!

The parking wasn't great, limited spaces and not really clear spots, and cars parked badly affecting getting into spaces. Loved that there was a kitchen on-site that prepared cakes/coffee and some frozen meals, maybe some more food options and additional purchase items such as dairy free milk products etc rather then leaving to find a shop

The room exceeded our expectation, couldn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms or pool area. Welcoming staff were amazing

If I could suggest one thing, it would be that there needs to be some shaded area by the pool. Some umbrellas or something?
