When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Not having Sun blocking curtains in the lounge room was a massive issue for us. This trip was a recovery trip and we wanted to zone out as a family and chill in the lounge room but it was like the sun was in there with us being on the 14th floor. The main bedroom wasn’t blackout either with exposed windows above the beds that shine bright with sun as soon as it’s up.
We loved how modern and clean everything was! The staff were really friendly.

The only disappointing aspect that kept my stay from being a 10 out of 10 was that the pool was out of order, and this was not mentioned on Booking.com at the time of booking. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was specifically to enjoy the pool, so it was quite frustrating not to be able to use it...
Everything was awesome (specially the cleanliness).

For those who like the breakfast feature and want it included like I did, it is not a buffet breakfast. It is a set menu with very limited options to choose from. So many people looked confused in the morning when trying to get a coffee to drink and were surprised to know, muself included, that they had to go to the counter to ask for it. Location can be an issue if you want to be close to surfers' paradise.
I was particularly interested in the sauna, and they have both the dry sauna and the steam room. There is a big spa pool close to pool, and the pool is not heated. This could be a downer. But it wasn't for me!

In the morning reception was unattended due to a staff not being able to be on shift. I had an early medical appointment to attend and so couldn’t wait to check out so I left my room key with hospitality with my phone number and asked for someone to ring me. No one rang and I followed up myself after my medical appointment.
The room was absolutely gorgeous and I regretted only needing to stay one night.

The pool and spa were out of service. But the sauna and steam room were lovely. Had some issues with keys cards on the first day, but got sorted after that.
Buffet breakfast was no longer offered which was a disappointment to begin with, but the included cafe breakfast was abundant and delicious, and we looked forward to this each morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the inclusion of the laundry in our apartment.
