We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNo Wifi available. I realise that this it states this on the site, but it would great if you they could consider it, as if you are a family with kids, who rely on their phones and Ipads, this could be quite dissapointing. The area is not good for phone reception and in this day and age It was dissapointing that there is no wifi. I had to go upstairs to get online as the phone reception is about sketchy in this part of Torquay.

Great location. Accommodation was comfortable. Kitchen and lounge upstairs was great. Enjoyed using the tennis court. Pool looked great. Too cold for us to swim though

AustraliaNo BBQ, missing simple items like spaghetti scoop, non-stick frypan...no deal breakers, but things that most other places have. Also, the host could see that Booking.com had sent us a message about the change of address, but no such message can be seen on our side.

AustraliaThe single beds in one of the rooms were a bit uncomfortable, there was no toilet upstairs where the living areas were.
The location was great. It was an easy drive into town. The property facilities were great - there was a pool, playground, and tennis court. It was clean and well appointed and it had lovely views over the complex from the two balconies.

AustraliaThe kitchen utensils were old some were even rusty! The knives were blunt Could not even cut an onion, There were no kitchen towels and lacking ventilation. After one night of cooking the whole house smelt and despite opening the doors on both end it continue to smell for two days. The lights over the kitchen counter was not working. The pots and pans were scratched and need to be replaced immediately. Overall, the cooking experience was very poor.
