Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not sure when it became expected that hotel guests take their own rubbish out as they leave.
Simple but clean and comfortable. Great location along the river with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy walk to supermarket.

A little noisy at the weekend as our room faced the back of some shops and restaurants, rubbish removal was particularly loud in the early hours.
Great location close to the river with cafes and restaurants minutes away. Also close to Noosaville village with a good supermarket. Nice room. Lovely pool.

Nothing - but it would have been handy to know the following: pool/beach towels are provided for a fee but if you don’t ask for them they’re not provided at all; reception is closed over the weekends & periodically Monday-Friday, so if you arrive on a Friday & decide you want a swim on Saturday, you won’t have a beach towel; incidentals such as soap, dishwashing detergent & tea-bags are provided initially but not replenished (unless you ask) which is a pest if you have an extended stay; information about the local area not provided (but might be if you ask). It would be good to know which direction the river, cafes, laundromat, bus stop, ferry stops, ferry & bus prices, & how far it is into Noosa.
The location was excellent. A very short easy walk to the river, ferry, bus service, shops, restaurants & cafes in Noosaville and a short drive into Noosa. Studio room, although small, was lovely & bed was very comfy. Nice little balcony. Beautiful gardens. Also close to local supermarket & laundromat.

Nothing really - could use a few more coat hangers and a hot plate but that didn’t impact our stay.
Excellent location for restaurants and walking along the foreshore. Undercover car park. Very nicely refurbished studio unit with comfortable bed and overall everything well maintained and clean. Pleasant staff

The only slight negative is that our apartment backed onto a commercial retail property and we were woken early by activities such as waste bin emptying at the rear of the premises.
Just a short walk to the riverfront where there are great restaurants and water activities as well as the ferry. Local shops and supermarket are also just a short walk away. The swimming pool and spa were nice and warm.

Being an apartment and office closed over weekend didn't know how to get fresh towels to our room. But nevermind.

Loved the bright spacious 1 bedroom apartment, location was excellent just metres off Gympie Terrace, meters away from shopping centre, staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back

No complaints at all.
Spacious room, car park allocation excellent. Only minimum stairs to climb, no problem. Lovely warm spa pool, lovely vegetation outlook from our balcony. Close to the river, close to No.4 stop to catch the ferry to Noosa's Hasting St with specially shops, cafes and bars.

We had a lovely little studio, with a sunny garden balcony as an excellent place to stay in Noosaville. Great location, just off the main street. Comfy bed, small kitchenette and bathroom. Perfect for a couple of days escape.
