Excellent kitchen facilities. Great attention to detail for those who wish to eat in. Neat and clean.

-The shower base needs immediate attention. Broken sunken tiles in an otherwise well appointed bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, quiet as there was only one other unit occupied.

There was no iron in the room, but there was an ironing board and and iron jug. A bit disappointing as we were there for a wedding and needed one. The floor was concrete and as it was winter the floor was very cold.

Ease of access to the room. Nice layout, self-contained, which was great with a full-size fridge.

Frosted front door was unusual and did let the light in so during the night when people were going to their rooms, the lights would reflect into the room. This was only a minor issue

Excellent place to stay, No staff as a lockbox is used for entry/exit. So good to have a coffee machine (pod) as well as the usual. Great for any stay where you can prepare/ cook own meals.

Was happy with it. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was a holiday period and everything supplied was better than most other places I've stayed.

The property was well located for the Corowa/ Rutherglen activities we had planned

We had been told the room had 2 QB. We were 2 older female acquaintances. On arrival tired and late we found the second bed was a grubby cumbersome uncomfortable black sofa. For 2 older women it was difficult to open. When open and the sofa pillows removed there was little floor space Only a doona and 2 bed pillows were supplied - no mattress protector or sheets. As it was a hot night I removed the doona from its cover and used as a sleeping bag! The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed not The unit was being updated, kitchen facilities fine, new basin and loo but shower floor in poor repair ant the concrete floor in main area awaiting tiles/ carpet/polishing? Back area not yet landscaped Poor internet connection

The concrete floor looked terrible - looked like somebody was murdered - red splotches all over. The shower was nasty - broken and rotted tilework.

Nothing I only stayed one night. It was too uncomfortable. I have not been refunded for the other three nights even though I informed the owner and then Booking . Com

The room was small and stuffy. The aircon took ages to work and then it caused a bad reaction with my eyes and sinuses. The guests were noisy at 1:00 in the morning. The sensor lights outside kept coming on and kept us awake because it was impossible to block out the lights.

    Property response:

Hello Dianne, When you made your booking: 1. You didn't explain that you wanted 2 separate beds, and yes, the other queen bed is a sofa bed as per our listing. You didn't call for any assistance either. 2. The weather has been quite hot, and the airconditioner takes a little time to cool the room. The system is only 4 years old and very efficient. The units are also very well insulated. All airconditioners affect people in different ways. 3. The photos and description of our listing are clearly shown. 4. In our correspondence, we request you call us if you need anything. You have never called us. If you had, we could have turned off the sensor light, or told you where the switch was. 5. Some guests were returning from a wedding celebration. As the area is so quiet, ANY small noise can be disruptive, particularly in a motel environment. Your decision to vacate may very well have been for reasons unknown to us. We always endeavour to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests.

The blinds in the room could have been block outs blinds or full curtains, as the sun streamed in early. The entrance door was glass as it would have been better if it was a solid door for security given the road and passing cars nearby and those at the accommodation. The blinds to the put door area also need to be similar with block out blinds or even a solid wooden door.
