AustraliaOur room faced onto the main road and there was a lot of traffic noise late night and early morning. Maybe these rooms on this side need double glazed windows?
The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and well equipped room with mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. On departure a note was on our car windscreen advising the hotel had cleaned our windscreens. We ate in the restaurant which had a varied menu and drinks options. Service from staff was very attentive and friendly.

Dinner in the Atrium restaurant was very good. All the staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. We would not hesitate to recommend Gateway.

AustraliaThe alarm clock in the unoccupied room next door went off at midnight, so loud it woke us up. However, staff were available and resolved it as quickly as possible.
Recently refurbished room fittings were comfortable, including the fold-out sofa bed. The spa and sauna were a lovely surprise and very welcome after a long drive. The pool setting was very nice and if it had been warmer we would have sat around there.
