The cooker and oven were quite dirty.

Great location for visiting the gold mine and railway. Lovely log burner in the main room and good cooking facilities. When the power went out, the manager of the house drove 20 minutes to sort it out for us.

Had trouble with the shower upstairs but was given the code to downstairs so we could use the shower.

Not really a "didn´t like"...but if you do the Ghost Tour with you little ones, get prepared for a sleepless night since the prop has quite loud accommodation noises (pipes, roof...) that can influence young impressionable minds....

The place is simply awesome, really clean and well cared, with everything you may need, from kitchenware to DVDs, to have a great break. The Spa bath is great, the rooms spacious and the heating system a 10 over 10-

Only criticism was the the challenge with hot water when showering. It would flicker between very hot and then cold, though mainly cold.

Wonderful property and well decorated. The large living room was a great place to socialise for the three of us.

The property is in a great location. The house is warm and cosy, with a lovely fireplace and heaters in every room. Great size kitchen. My favourite place was the big veranda out the front. It’s a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a wine at night. We also did the ghost tour it was so fun and very informative. The Wally pub has yummy food. They have a great selection of Parmas. We also visited the grave yard on top of the hill as you come into Walhalla. It was very spooky and fascinating. This was our first time to visit Walhalla it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back again.

The bed mattresses were very comfortable, just a heads up that they are double beds as stated in the description, so can be a bit short if you are a tall person.

The location was very beautiful. The house itself was lovely, obviously a lot of work put into the house. Communication with the host was very good. The location to town was within a short walk.

Having to go home

Perfect base for our family to explore Walhalla. Spotlessly clean and great communications with the owner, Nathan. Our 4yr old declared the bunkbed and spa bath his highlight of the entire trip!

Minor issue with the water tank on day 1 of our stay meant we had to be very frugal with water. However we appreciated the regular communication about this, and the issue was resolved quickly.

Great location within walking distance of the main attractions / walks in Walhalla. The house was spacious with everything we needed for our stay and we appreciated the local info provided by Nathan before we arrived.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Whitlow manor! All the beds and couches were very comfy and clean. The kitchen had everything it needed with a nice big fridge. Having wifi was a major plus and the smart tv kept us entertained when we were done with the beautiful outside. It was a nice short walk into town, and we enjoyed all of what Walhalla has to offer. We will be back for sure.

We had to leave.

Well positioned property within a short stroll to town centre. Excellent facilities and a very well presented and designed home. The front verandah is delightful with a beautiful view of the surrounding native bushland.

I went to Walhalla for two nights with friends and we enjoyed the stay. It was quiet and beautiful small town in the valley. The house is very pretty by the look. it has a full kitchen with everything you need! Quiet and relaxing.

Enough space for a large group of 8. The property location was good with amazing views for the autumn season. The space was very comfortable with all amenities. Communication was great and the owner has provided useful information before the travel to help us prepare for the stay as well as plan things in the town. Enjoyed staying and would love to come back.
